Lucky enough to come in when the line is not busy. Usually, they are so busy with online orders that the dine-in orders have to wait for a little bit. I got a large order and a drink but it did not take much time. Overall the food is great, especially the barbecue popcorn chicken.
Do not recommend, food is basic and they do not serve the pictures that are advertised by the company online. They just made food put them together and advertised. Their menu also doesn't come with what is stated. I ordered the popcorn chicken combo, stated the flavor of the fries wanted. Assumed it came with fries and the corn as it stated comes with fries/corn where as some of the other combos said fries or corn. I also asked 3 times if it came with it as I wanted to get a side of corn if it didn't. Conclusion was it came with it. False it does not.
Also ordered their half and half drink wanted to get the slushies. Was then informed it doesn't include the smoothies and only select other ones as everything I said I wanted wasn't included. Mind you it says try the split cup on the slushie shake menu not the tea menu.
Just a super confusing and irritating visit. Showed them several items that were posted online that I wanted every one of them she said they don't have. The main one I wanted was the chicken that showed three different flavors with french fries. The other was a combo with what looks like two different kinds of chicken or possibly chicken and shrimp with french. Again, they don't offer it. Showed her the drinks that were online that I wanted to get. They don't have them. Just a super annoying visit considering I stopped here specifically for this on my way to Washington. Waste of time. Do not recommend.
I was so looking forward to trying out this location, I heard good things from friends. I did not know it was a fusion place, only that they had bubble tea and elotes and mangonadas which I know are two very different traditional ethnic foods. I had been craving an elote or esquite and I really wanted to try their mangonadas(mango and spicy sauce smoothie). On first impressions, both looked SO good. However, the elote dish was super small for the price and it was so weird tasting. I think it was not the traditional mexican mayo or even american mayo and that changed the flavor so much. I don't know what type of cheese they used, but it was too salty or maybe due to the flavor of the mayo it was a stronger salty flavor? It was one of the worst elotes I have ever tried, and I have had a lot. I would not recommend this at all. The mangonada, was okay but not great. There was an odd chemical taste to it. I am not sure if this came from a flavor syrup that had gone bad or if maybe the ice or mangos used were not clean? I am not sure but it was hard to finish, so I had about half and then had to toss it. I will say the drink was well priced if they used fresh mangoes, unfortunately I didn't see how they prepared it because there was a lot of things in the way. Another thing I forgot, was they seem to be very stingy with their ingredients. The service was subpar, if that. I asked the cashier a few questions and she did not seem happy to answer them. When I asked for something like a lid or something, she didn't say anything she just walked away and came back and handed it to me. I would not recommend to my friends or would go back again. Save your money and go to other places.
My husband ordered Garlic noodles & shaken Beef Crispy chicken wing combo. They are mostly good. But when I ate wings I saw the chicken’s hairs. I took those off. I hope they will chicken clean well before the cook next time. But Garlic noodles are good and yummy.
May 27th 2023 Update: we went to Portland and ate inside restaurant. Fresh and delicious much better than Togo. So if you chanced to visit this place please eat inside restaurant. We ordered a lot and so many meals. Delicious and look so good.
It’s a very cute place, but the food we got was plan out bad. The popcorn chicken and fries were coated with nothing but sugar and not that appetizing. The elote was undercooked unedible. You are better off going to a Traditional Mexican/Asian place than here. Would not recommend.
Awesome drinks and snacks. The fried chicken is extra crispy and tasty. Ube and Taro beverages are top tier.
I am incredibly disappointed. My order was about $80.
My main meal was missing, my $11 of noodles were the size of a side, my drink was 2 inches below the lip, and my gyoza we're hard-crunchy. Yes, the food is delicious, but it doesn't make up for shotty inspection and missing food.
Thank goodness DoorDash handled the refund, especially since their driver didn't think to inspect the food before leaving.
Ate dinner at a neighboring place but saw a few people with these beautiful drinks, decided to try them. Bough the mangonada which had Tejin or something like it on top and mixed in, had I known that I wouldn’t have ordered it bc I’m not a fan. The strawberry Lechy was okay but it also has an acquired taste. They look amazing but didn’t satisfy my craving for a drink. Next time I’ll play it safe and try the Cookie Monster. FYI the large (20 or ounces) is $5.75 to $6.00.
