Wasn't sure if it was open even though it said it was open something didn't seem right. So I open the door and say loud and clearly you still open? The three girls in the kitchen just looked at me, I thought maybe they didn't hear so I walked in and said again even for them to hear me, same again completely ignored me. I ended up walking out. Not sure if it was a race thing or not but that's what it seemed like.
I'm glad I didn't spend any money here.
Ordered food at 11, told 50 mins for delivery. Came luke warm at 12.40. Forgot the drink ordered so driver was lovely and went local shop to buy one for us. Not the best food. Second time it’s came late. Placed this order giving them the benefit of the doubt that first order was a mishap. Obviously not. Reading other comments seems this is the norm. Wouldn’t bother again.
Been conned by them £22 pound order 7.60 each breakfast no tomatoes on both extra egg on both 120 each extra beans on both 1.20 + I paid for 2 teas and 2 coffees in total 22 quid I got 1 tub of beans in both 1tea and 1 coffee breakfast 2 and a half hrs to arrive not very impressed
1st time ordered came fast and was lovely .... cheese on toast AMAZING. Will be ordering again
Ordered on line was given a time, food 45 minutes late. Rang after 20 minutes to be told "it's on its way" on the delivery notes I'd asked for specific ingredients to be left out and the sandwich came with the items I didn't like so was thrown in the bin. The guy that delivered the food was rude no apology for late food, practically shoved the order in my hand. Food was warm and again most gone in the bin won't be ordering again we've tried it couple of times and hadn't been it's best then but we always try to support local businesses wont recommend to anyone won't be buying again.
Had a great breakfast here this morning while the dog had a haircut in Mr & Mrs Paws , even gave my little girl a free drink , thank you ????
Food very good, staff very friendly, but the service is slow. Priority seems to be given to Just Eat takeaway orders. Took over an hour from sitting down, to actually finishing our breakfasts. The girl behind the counter was very apologetic but fast food it isn't! Shame, because otherwise, it's very good ☹
Shocking customer service ! My order took two hours so I rang for an update and the only thing they suggested was for me to cancel it ? So frustrating when I am a manager in the same industry and go up and beyond for anyone who choose to spend their money in my business but here they don't seem to care
