Nathan all the way ????????
Nathan was fantastic and just as excited about my nail design choice as me. He was funny and personable and paid suuuuper close attention to detail. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because their prices are a little steep, but overall an amazing place.
First time at this nail spa and had a great experience! Very clean and pretty space, offered drinks while I waited, and staff was kind and professional. I had Nicole and she did a great job on my nails! I got a full dip set manicure and my nails have held up perfectly for over 2 weeks. Definitely will be back.
This was my first time here, and I had an appointment with Crystal. She did wonderfully and took her time! The atmosphere was great, and they provide drinks if you want them. I gave Crystal a reference photo of what I wanted, and she did a great job!
Nicole is awesome and I’m looking forward to my next appointment at Zen Nail Spa. I’ll review every time. Cannot wait to get my new nails 2025, appt booked!
I decided to get a manicure and pedicure before my two week road trip and Nikki was amazing. She was super sweet and did an amazing job on my fingers and toes. The nail salon is spacious and have so many seats for whatever your desire is. They had a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. Thank you for a relaxing time.
Noah was amazing and took time to make my pedicure one of the best I’ve had! As a mom to a toddler, I rarely get to have time to myself and I’m so glad I got to come in and had Noah as my tech! The complimentary drink doesn’t hurt either! Love the atmosphere and I will keep coming here and only here.
I been here twice. The first time was good. Pauline did a good job.
The second time I went back, it was chaotic. Lan Lan did my nails and they did not come out how they should have. I asked for a red French tip but he wasn’t listening so I had to remind him. He continued to cut my cuticles and it was so painful as he continuously applied acetone to my nails. Getting your nails done should not be painful nor should my cuticles look worse than when I came in. I didn’t notice how terrible of a job he had done until I walked up to the counter. I noticed polish all over my skin, red polish residue on the nude part of my nail, and weird bubbles in one of nails.
Owner agreed to have someone else fix them. I am appreciative that they were quick to fix the issue. However, I still walked out paying $130 for my pedicure and nails. It’s now been a few days since getting my nails done and they’ve already chipped. I won’t be back.
Update: it’s important to note that not only did my nails chip after 4 days, the entire polish came off. Also, after only 8 days two of my nails fell off. I’ve gotten gel many times and have never had such a poor quality experience like this.
Bella done an amazing job on mine & my 4yr old daughters nails. The atmosphere was relaxing. Got offered drinks. I'll definitely be going back.
