Very Quick and efficient able to work me in last minute and my friend went to Brian . He always does great with Nails from what I heard and he literally did the vision that I wanted. I love my nails so much and the lady who did my pedicure did a good job. I was ending up in a hurry and she was very understanding. Still was very professional did great work everything about this place is good
I received the best treatment every single time I have come to Zen Nail Spa. They have treated me with great hospitality and my nails speak for themselves, they are absolute professionals. I love my nail technician Michael and his wife Lynn she even helped me get my children to my own car after receiving services! My nails lasted more than 5 weeks firmly on my nail beds, honestly that's a breaking record for me! Thank you thank you!!!
Highly recommend this salon in the Jacksonville area! Lynn did my full set of nails with gel polish and they were perfectly shaped with what I requested. Also, had a pedicure by Andy and he took his time and did a great job!
Oh my gosh! Horrible horrible experience! I used to come here a few years ago since its in a convenient location. I’ve had great experiences there in the past but this last time just ruined it all for me. I picked a color right when I walked in that I was familiar with. The color is normally a very light pink. When the technician started painting my nails, the color comes out a clumpy peach. I knew at that point the polish was old. I politely told the technician that I wasn’t liking the color that I would like to pick a different one. I don’t believe she understood English so she kept on painting my nails. I was feeling really uncomfortable at that point and then someone heard me try telling her again and she then translated for me. The technician then got an attitude and walked away. Then another technician came and painted over my nails with the other color I picked but then just put one coat over the old polish and walked away. I was so uncomfortable and felt like a bother. So then they do my gel manicure very fast and it ended up peeling completely off 4 days later and my toe nail polish chipped off. I come back so they can fix it all and the man who did it did it with such an attitude and just walked away when he was done. They really like to walk away and leave you there wondering… Now less than a week later, my middle finger nail breaks at the nailbed…I’m so frustrated and upset that I spent $75 on a manicure and a pedicure that was beyond poorly done. Needless to say I will never be coming back here…
My girlfriend just moved to JAX and we randomly went to Zen Nail Spa and glad we did. She got her full set with designs done by Brian (table #9) and she was very happy with the way it turned out. Great Job Brian!
They were super responsive, almost no wait time. I even got in 15 minutes before my appointment, super friendly staff and Lynn was such a sweet person! My man’s got my nails done for my birthday and I can say I’m more than satisfied with my outcome, I will definitely be making this my nail salon! Thank you Lynn for doing such a wonderful job and I enjoyed our conversation too, you definitely made a repeating customer after today!
I went there today to a pedicure and a polish change. The pedicure went very well, however the polish change not so much. The nail tech who was polishing my nails were leaving noticeable gaps between the end of my nail bed and my cuticles. I asked if he could polish a little lower to make it look nicer. After the second coat, he was still leaving the gaps. The tech next to him started talking to him in their language and concluded that he would remove the polish and start over...okay fine. The young lady next to me offered to let her tech (the one speaking to him) polish my nails and she said "I can wait". The tech begin to say, don't move your hands, let me do it but her tone was a bit hostile. I said to her, ma'am don't get upset with me because my nails weren't being done correctly. She did what I thought was a good job on my nails. But still in a harsh tone, she said, when I am done with your nails don't touch anything. I will get your purses and things." I replied calmly, ma'am I know, I gotten my nails done. I said to the young lady that offered to wait, for your kindness and patience, I will pay for your nails even though its my birthday. The nail tech tells her, see I helped you. As I went to.pay for my services and hers, I tell the young lady, the morale of the story is even in the midst of chaos just a little bit of kindness brings about blessings. I proceeded to pay and my ticket stated I have gotten Gel nails and a regular polish so I'm thinking, the gel one was the young lady because I didn't get gel. The owner said, $97 and said, huh? (forgetting I had the pedicure). I said oh, I'm sorry I forgot that, stating I had gotten so frustrated. The nail tech started saying very loudly, you have frustrated me more than anyone and continued her rant. The young lady was standing there, I said sweetie I got it, its no problem and the ranting continued. Now the owner taking the payment said to me, you threw that ticket (the one for young lady's services) at me. I said I didn't, and he said, you did. I said how I could I thrown it at you and I never picked it up. Now I get no response. The service today was horrible ????. I had been there many times before with no problems, but today, out of all days, was the worst experience. NEVER AGAIN!!! but I won't let it steal my joy. Happy Birthday to me!!!
First time going to this salon today. It was very clean , friendly and welcoming. But the girl that did my pedicure did not appear to know what she was doing. She picked at my toes appearing to tend to cuticles. As she started to move on oiling my toes, I had to ask her to trim my cuticles. Poor foot and leg massage. I will return but will ask for a different person.
