Getting a pedicure as a man seemed weird to me. However my desire to boost my self-worth and self-care I took my wife there. It was the first time either of us have gotten one done. We had an amazing experience. The massage chairs were a huge success with my wife, the staff was polite, courteous and did an amazing job! I even got my toes painted purple for the hell of it! Definitely recommend and will be back!
Please stop opening your doors 20+min before you open and allowing customers to sign in and sit down before your open time. I stopped in and showed up 15min early to wait to come in on time. Before I even had an opportunity there was 3 women signed in and inside. I was told to sit down and I put all my stuff down with the last nail tech that was available (again before you even were supposed to be open) and after I sat down and told the nail tech what I wanted I was then asked to get up and go back to wait because a 10am appointment walked in. That’s not good business. You made the mistake of not waiting on your appointment and made another paying customer suffer for it.
MY GO TO - Even all the way from Canal Winchester! ???????? Kat took my nails from stubs to strong long and lovely! I get compliments from my clients all the time, and I love that she uses the oil on the cuticles and perfects underneath the nail (I've been to two other places that don't do either of those!) ☺️
Called to see if we could do a morning walk-in for my daughter to get a Mani/Pedi. They said come on in! The nails turned out great. The lady was super nice to my daughter and did a great job making her feel special!
Today I went to zen nails. One place I used to love going to. They used to do amazing work. So today I went in there to get my nails done. And I asked her to do a very simple design on my nails. She laughed. Told me she didn’t know how. To me it seemed as if she didn’t want to. I will not be going back. The lady was very rude. Never again.
Last few places I went. I would walk in and they would find someone to do it if they couldn’t. I would have tipped her and who ever else. But she didn’t want to so I wouldn’t reccomend. She was ever talking bad about a customer to me which was very unprofessional
I went there to get my nails done today and it was so awsome!! My nails kinda grow a little upwards so when she did them she filed them so they were flat. I got almond nails and i was only getting a balance and 3 repairs and she did awsome! Im not sure of her name but she sits at the front desk closest to the door. I wanted a gel color and she warned me that they may be a slightly different color and so when she painted she asked if j for sure liked to color. She picked me a different one but definitely go to zen nails in Heath they go above and beyond for your best experience!!!
I love that they are will to do some nail art which I often want. I like to be unique and a little different. So far they have been accommodating. I don't think it's something they do all too often because the prices are not set. I feel like I get charged whatever the nail tech wants to charge that day. Some nail techs also charge a lot more than others. That part is not great but I feel like I can just ask ahead of time from now on. The latest set that I just got done is something I've been wanting to do for a while, she did it and she did an amazing job. Her name was Becca and she was very detail-oriented and made sure I was happy with the final result.
Made my nail bleed. Seemed rushed the whole time. Talked to each other and not the customers at all. Really pushy upselling gel polish to people that only wanted their nails done for 2 days. Didnt cut my natural nails down on the underside of the acrylics. Tops look good bottom does not:(
