Best WLM Reviews
Since I’ve lived here for a year, I have constantly been coming here. The service I receive is always wonderful. I always have great conversations and feel so welcome by each employee. This time around, I had Allen do my nails and she did amazing as we chatted it up. I have the inspo picture with the pink “aura” look and I really wanted a red base. Allen nailed the look for what I was imagining. Can’t wait to come back again as always.
My first experience here and I must Rio has absolutely gained a new customer. It’s been years since I could find someone to shape my nails exactly how I love them and he did just that. He was professional, proficient and polite. The owner and the other staff were friendly and professional as well. A very clean and calm, while I wasn’t able to get a pedicure this time but I will be back.
If u could give 0 star I would it’s my first time going in there because my nail lady moved so I want to try new place I booked to get my toes and full set the toes was perfect fine but when it get to the nail I show her a picture of what I want and vs what I got that lady finish my nails within 30 mins for my full set I will never go there again don’t waste you’re money and yes I paid $100 the blue is what she did and the baby pink is what I asked for
This place is absolutely amazing the manager and her warm smile is so welcoming the pedicures make you feel like you are on vacation i love the way they wait on you give you exactly what you pay for i only go to them
Andy did a phenomenal job!! He has great attention to detail and was pretty quick too!! Looking forward to the next set :)
Absolutely, hands down, the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. Mai is wonderful . All the staff are as well Attention to detail, clean and very friendly! Make an appointment now.
There were a lot of techs ready to assist me immediately upon entering. They can service a lot of people at one time. Lowest pedicure service starts at $33. There is a lot of parking, but the parking lot is pretty full. They do have the large massage chairs.
They do not have a dryer for your nails or feet.
The service is done by a timer. I get that they need to keep up with their time.
Overall, the set I got was good! I'm happy with them. The set was $57 plus a $10 tip. Attached I have a plethora of photos. I got Luna for my walk-in. Below is an extensive review
To start off, great customer service! Friendly, sociable, and inclusive. She was great!
The shape is nice, and the painting is good (minus a bit of clear polish spillage and a bit of color that got onto my cuticle that she wiped off with her nail). I'd say that the tips, faced head-on, and the underneaths of the nails were a bit rough leaving. I cleaned it up a little myself--the underneath, that is--but there was quite a bit of flecks of dremmeled, glued-on tips. They were easy to scrape off, though. Good length, good shape.
My nail beds are a bit sensitive, so at some points she was a little too rough for me, personally. I wish she had held onto my nail bed to dull the sensation a bit.
When glued on the stones, she left quite a bit of polish/glue, whichever it is, around the stones. I wish it was a little more subtle, but it isn't the end of the world.
These small mess ups land us at a 4/5 star rating, but I'd do 4.5 if possible. Good customer service, fun tech, pretty good set with some careless errors. I'll consider this place for the future for sure!
