Food delivery was late as usual for being a sat nyt. I've order a chicken curry an chips an it's the worst I've tasted. This is well below standard I expected from them. The curry sauce was so dry it littery didn't poor just slump on the chips. Was also cold . They should of not servef me this . I beg to differ on the next delivery needs a massive improvement or I shall be looking else were...this is my usually delivery
LOVE Zen Lunchtime Menu. I always get the Salt and Chill Chicken with Fried Rice. Simply delicious, full of flavors, and really good price (only £4 for lunchtime!!!)
Curry sauce is nice and chicken balls were very good (as chicken balls go ) . CHANGED MY REVIEW and upped the stars .The fact this place is queued out on a Fri/Sat speaks volumes . Did they get better and certain other long established places along the road got worse at the same time .... probably ! . Open kitchen is good start and I've enjoyed mostly everything I've tried after 15 odd visits consistentency of quality is there ...seen it queued out the door and waiting a while for food as to be expected , seen them struggling with orders but when I get my food ,quality bang on , says it all in my opinion .
Quick service, fresh and tasty. Had the mixed vegetables with Satay Sauce, fried rice and Thai vegetable spring rolls.
Ive been a regular just over a year. An forgot to leave a review. This wee Chinese is a gem never failed. Always good portion. I'm on the ns n the area an also don't live far so when I look to see if I can get n order was a happy chappy. Was delighted thendame Katy that new me got to change my address with no issues. Need 2 remember when bk gone 2 revert it bk ....ordered chicken balls with curry sauce n chips fills the hole completely. Price has gone up but its happening every were else.. the best Chinese I've had n Glasgow alone...try it
I ordered quarter duck pankakes but they can only do half for £16 or whole, at £32. So decided on mixed chow main, 3 king Prawns and was searching for anymore meat? Staff were pretty rude and blunt. Don't get why it is recommended, probably cos they do 'great curry sauce & chips'. You can get the same anywhere. For a place that has scallops etc, I was hoping it would be a decent restaurant.

Make no mistake this is the best Chinese Takeaway in Glasgow. The food is absolutely amazing and I recommend this place to all my friends. I come from a family of restauranteurs, having formerly owned lots of Chinese restaurants and takeaways I would like to think I understand the food pretty well.
