Best WLM Reviews

I really liked the menu, and it’s great to see a Middle Eastern restaurant in the area. However, I noticed the map artwork on the interior wall seems to overlook Morocco, which is a major player in Mediterranean cuisine. Including it would make the representation more complete!
What a treat! This place was delicious for Mediterranean. I ordered the Lamb Gyro with a side dish of Falafel. The gyro tasted fresh and the spices were perfectly done - one of the better ones I’ve tasted in the area. Also, the falafel was well done - not too dry and plenty of flavor. Their hummus is also one of the better ones! The Mediterranean salad my wife ordered was incredible if salads is all you desire. The deserts we ordered to go so my review on that will come later :) The establishment was clean and staff was friendly.
I tried Zeitouni Mediterranean grill for lunch. I got there a little after it opened, but as lunch went on, it got busy. The dining area is small inside, but there is seating outside also. I decided to order the mezza platter, tabbouleh, falafel sandwich, and Turkish coffee. The mezza platter came with potato harra, grape leaves, falafel, and hummus. Everything on the platter was absolutely delicious ????. The potatos harra were spicy and cooked just right. The hummus was made perfectly???? with the dab of olive oil and the sprinkle of paprika. I'm very picky when it comes to grape leaves, but they were AMAZING! The tabbouleh was very colorful, but it tasted a bit off. I highly recommend the falafel sandwich. It had pickled tomatoes, pickles, and falafel with tahini sauce in a pita bread. The turkish coffee was served in a tiny espresso paper cup. Was a little disappointed because I was expecting it to be served in a demitasse cup. Even with minor disappointments, I would recommend the restaurant if you want to try Mediterranean food
We tried Zeitouni for the food for our wedding rehersal and it did not disappoint!! All of the food was delicious: we got grape leaves, cheese roll ups, hummus, tabouli, and more. Everything was so good.
The team was great to work with as they were very responsive and helpful with our last minute order. The food was overall very well priced.
Totally would recommend for catering and will definitely be back to eat there!
I hate leaving such a bad review, but this was probably some of the worst Middle Eastern style food I have ever had. Also, the service was truly abysmal and the girl behind the counter had a real attitude and would get a bit testy if you tried asking any questions or was confused bout their ordering system.
The falafel tasted like falafel mix and had little flavor. In fact, most falafel mix I have is much better . As far as the Kofta/Kefta the portion was very small, like a half of a kebab. The flavor was ok, but not impressive. The rice was very bland and tasted like Uncle Bens or something with no saffron or turmeric added. I think the worst part was the hummus which literally tasted like it came from a can and tasted very old and dry. The salad probably was the best part.
As far as the Pita, it was pathetic. They just take some old and stale tasting Pita from a bag (not fresh) and don't even both heating it up on the grill. Stale cold pita with old hummus is not fun.
I'm sorry to say but if you want Middle Eastern fast food you are much better off going to Yafo or even a place like Cava would be way better. Maybe this place use to be good, but the people who work there now don't seem to care. This place is a solid one in my book.
Everything was delicious. The steak kabob was amazing. Tabbouleh, grape leaves, gyro, and shawarma were great. Every choice is a good choice!
I went here for lunch. I ordered the chicken shwarma, sirracha hummus and salad. It was good but not the best I've tasted, which in all fairness, was in the Mediterranean. I was not a fan of the kiosk ordering, not that it was cumbersome. I just prefer to order from a person. All things considered, it was a good experience. And the food quality was par for Charlotte.
???? This is Not authentic tasting Mediterranean cuisine at all! Listen... I have never in all my life tasted bland Mediterranean food. I only gave it 2 ????????'s because it was very clean restaurant.
My white rice (literally plain no seasoning) was colder than room temperature, but they did eventually get me some warm rice about 7 minutes later. The salad was very average with exactly 2 olives on it. I've had frozen grocery Mediterranean meals that tasted way better than this!
They don't even offer lamb????????. What Mediterranean restaurant doesn't have lamb? And the kicker was that their spicy garlic sauce was spiced with sriracha, which is Thai. Anyways this food is made with no love and no seasoning! So basically I had chicken tips & steak tips over rice.
P.S. only 1 triangle of my bread was hot the rest was cold.
