Great ambience, delicious food, in a great neighborhood. If you are looking for spicy grill, this is not it. But if you are looking for amazingly delicious grilled food you will be pleased. They should serve sauces with Zeitoon Palace Plate.
We got the chicken kebab and barberry rice - the chicken was sooooo moist and juicy and flavorful. We also got the koobedeh & rice and the rice was so perfect and meat looked just right. Nice staff, food came quickly with a nice salad before. Would eat again!
Comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We ordered the lamb shank $30 and chicken fillet kebab $25, coke $4 and sprite $4. We truly enjoyed the food.
However, when we received the receipt there was an auto gratuity(15%) of $9.45 plus tax. I asked if there was any way to adjust the tip but she couldn’t. Unfortunately it’ll be our first and last time here.
Food quality is great. A little expensive though!
The atmosphere is ok. You can go for a walk on beach. It’s close to the water.
Very tasty food and great service. The food is fresh and well cooked. Best restaurant to try Iranian food in town . The owner is welcoming and always willing to serve with the team. I have visited the town twice and ate two times at this place. I recommend it ????

It was my first time here. We had the hummus, baba ghanoush, lamb shanks, Cornish hen, and beef stew.
The Cornish hen and lamb shanks were the most delicious entrees. The rice that came with the entrees were cooked perfectly. Goes well with the entrees.
Lamb Shank is a must try of this place. I've visited this place twice and I'm really satisfied with every dish tried here. Definitely try their ice cream. I'm kind of addicted to this.
The location is perfect as well.
This place is a bit costly but the food, service and atmosphere is worth every penny.
Highly recommend if you like persian food.
