I’ve sat on this for a few hours, but I’m still so annoyed at having had my time wasted not once but twice by this garage! I’m staggered that on two occasions some 16 weeks apart, I’ve driven across Leeds for an MOT test here, after booking in and today even phoning to confirm he could still do it, but on both occasions he had gone out for parts. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after the first time he let me down, but after this happening again today, that’s me done! Absolutely no respect whatsoever for anyone else’s time! A diabolical liberty.

Use this garage at your own risk. Customer service sucks and they are grossly incompetent. They had my Ford Focus for 3 weeks and still couldnt fix it with no clear reasons given. To add insult to injury they charged me for it!
