Best WLM Reviews

I heard about this place a month ago when though exist over 10 years. It’s like a hidden gem. Super fun food if you are looking for authentic Pakistani dish with inexpensive menu. Especially the weekends Halua Purée and Nehari.
To my opinion food is ok but not extra ordinary. I found lack of flavors in Nehari and no aroma in Chana.
Otherwise it’s different carry out to explore. Haluwa is tasty.
The packaging could be improved. It looks like bunch of small packets in one plastic bag. Also multiple orders they put in one wrap or zip log bag.
Location is amazing and easy parking. I’ll try other items on next visit.
The achari chicken with naan was delicious. It wasn’t spicy and it had that good achar taste. 10/10 would recommend. Service is on point as well. Hidden gem.
I was thinking first time going at this Restaurant is Pure Pakistani..
But i am really disappointed by your food.
I ordered Naan and Kofta. What I received burnt Naan..and old Kofta with sour tomato sauce.
My suggestion for your restaurant is if somebody is spending money on food. At least serve good Food. Otherwise don’t take order.
I’ve always been interested in trying this place. Usually my schedule didn’t line up with theirs, today was different. From what I can tell, this is a two person operation and it’s wildly good. Incredible flavors, generous portions, and fantastic value. Loved the chicken 65 & daal special. The naan is some of best I’ve had in metro Detroit. Highly recommended.
Excellent Pakistani flavour, as close to a home cooked meal away from home as perhaps possible. We had the chicken karahi and the chicken biryani and both dishes were delicious, with soft and fluffy fresh nans. It’s a low-key, family owned small business with terrific food!
Fodd is delicious and great.
Representing Pakistani taste.
Highly recommended....The food was excellent!! Love the Chicken Seekh Kabab and the Chicken 65 is off the hook, their Garlic Naan is fresh and fluffy!! The price is perfect ,it's definately worth it. When it comes to authentic Pakistani cuisine it would be a tie between this and Kabab N Curry!! Will definately comeback again. ????????
Update to my review from 8 years ago
First off, one of the best places for Pakistani biryani and grill in the whole Detroit metro. If you want better, drive to Chicago. Haven't been everywhere there is to offer here, but let me tell you, very hard to best this spot. Food is fast, it's spicy, it's got all the aroma, and most importantly it's ???? authentic. Spared no expense to recreate the taste of the motherland. Make this your go to lunch spot for South Asian cuisine, you won't regret it.
For dinner, definitely have the Nihari, it's my favorite dish and no restaurant gets it this right. There's a better place, but that's my mom's house and she doesn't cook for outsiders.
The ambiance could do with some updates, but someone should offer to spruce up the walls for some grub, it'll be well worth it.
