The portions are bigger, now their chicken is not Chick-fil-A. But the taste somehow makes me eat there quite often. I love the sauce. The price can be high but one meal will fill me up. And I like food. A lot. I recommend the food. The service is not usually good. Check your bag before leaving. And make sure that you get toast. They always leave it out. I don’t like the service, I wish it was better. But I love the food to much.
After complaining about only receiving 15 fried pickles chips at the cost of $3.99 I was told it was messed up and then hung up on by the store manager. I don't recommend this zaxbys to anyone or any zaxby as they get their chicken from pilgrims which is known publicly to mistreat it's workers and have excessive counts of covid 19. I thought everyone should know this.
Ask your restaurant where their products come from and then Google those factories and make sure ur not potentially being exposed to dangerous situations like the ones mentioned above.
Oh and here's a picture of what I paid 4 dollars for.
I thought it was pretty good here. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich which isn't too bad. The service was really friendly.
This place was fantastic. There are locations in Indianapolis that I've been to also Kentucky however the best sandwich I ever had that blows away every other restaurant I've been to was the kicking chicken sandwich from the Cape Girardeau Zaxby's. Rest in peace great restaurant ????
Thank you Thank you for not making me wait in the drive thru line that was out of the parking lot. I made an order through the app and when I arrived...oh wow. Understandable that with the dining area not open it makes the drive thru even longer. There should be another way for the customers that order with the app to pick up food. I’m glad I called to ask if I had another option. I’m also very happy that she was nice enough to bring it out. Not sure of her name but she had dark longer hair and I think it was curly. She went out of her way and I appreciate it very much.
Lovely window servers. Out of grilled chicken. So I had fried. I am NOT disappointed in the least. So juicy, crispy , lettuce was crip and fresh, bun was fluffy and soft. Was sad there was a mix up in tater chip and got fries. But, again NOT disappointed. It was delicious and the two window people were sweet. Go. Yummy!
Very greasy!!! Even the boxes the meals were in were covered with grease on the outside. These days when you are forced to eat in your car because the dining rooms are closed its very messy when they hand you boxes covered in grease. I realize the chicken is deep fried, but other chicken finger restaurants ( I won't mention the names) don't serve take out like that. The food was overdone and didn't taste all that great. It was our first time. Probably our last.
The place is new so everything is shiny and clean. Lots of help, since they just opened. Seem to be friendly and reasonably quick. I love the spicy fried mushrooms. The fries are good and they had very good brewed tea. The chicken fingers were ok but considerably more salty than I like or even should have. I only tried the basic sauces but plan to try others when I return....and maybe try the salads or GRILLED chicken.
