Best WLM Reviews
Ordered for take-out. Customer service was great. Seems like the chicken fingers have gotten smaller. The toast was a bit on the mushy side. It would be nice if you could figure out how to get it to stay crisp for take-out. The cheesecake bites were delicious. It was a good experience.
Chill atmosphere with unique art. The air condition is on point. The cashier was fast, efficient, and polite. My order came out fast, super hot and fresh. The bathroom was clean with enough supplies. Definitely a great spot for lunch or to hang with friends and family. Definitely coming backkkkk
Came after a hospital visit and was extremely good food! Customer service could've been better but it was a slow day seemed like so it's alright. Some of the sodas were needing to be tended to buy other than that it was great! Also such had such cute decor inside! Miss going to these when I lived in FL!
Today was not a good day. I ordered a Cobb salad, and the veggies were not fresh at all. Lettuce was withered, French onions were soggy, cucumbers were wet looking, and tomatoes were not fresh. I paid for extra cucumbers and tomatoes for this. The Pic is from me starting to trash the bad stuff.
This place went downhill quick. Keeps getting worse.
Dinning Room is filthy. Soda Spilled all over the place soda machine is nasty. Half the tables are nasty. Wiped it myself.
Bathroom (Men's) is absolutely disgusting. Water or god knows what is all over the floor. They did put a Wet floor sign instead of cleaning the mess.
Waited for 15min for food and counting.
The food is amazing! I would show it but I already ate it. The atmosphere is so clean! The staff is awesome! Especially Emma! She made a smile on my face today! She deserves a raise! This is why I love Zaxby's! 10/10!
I had never eaten Zaxby's before, but my husband has. We ordered through Door dash. I ordered the "fried white cheddar bites" and they were delicious! I did try the famous Zax sauce, but it's not for me. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was pretty delicious as well. Their fries are the bomb! They definitely have my vote!
I've been here twice, and both times were great. Well seasoned, hot chicken tenders. The fries are thick and also seasoned. I got a tea today with light ice. The Zaxby sauce is tangy and perfect with the chicken. Would come again!
