Zaxby's is a great place for a quick, delicious meal. The chicken is always perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Their Zax Sauce adds a unique, tangy flavor that makes every bite delightful. The menu features familiar favorites like chicken fingers, wings, and crinkle-cut fries, all prepared to perfection. The staff is friendly, and the service is prompt, making for a pleasant dining experience.
They are usually pretty good. But today, they messed up my order. Gave me fries when I ordered a coleslaw salad, gave me NO ice when I ordered extra ice and wrong sauce. And the drive-through took like 10 mims to take the order of the car in front of me... not their usual speedy & great service. I'm not sure what was happening today. And the cashier seemed to have a subtle attitude. Hope it's better next time.

Placed an order at 9:34 on a Saturday and when I arrived the person at the drive thru said they weren’t open and they didn’t receive my order despite receiving an email saying my order was received and a charge made to my bank account. I called customer service the next morning and they said they would make my refund high priority and a week later no refund. Do not place an order only because you may show up and they’re randomly closed and you’ll be out of your money have to dispute it with your bank.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Im.currently sitting in line been here for 50 min and still no.food. there's a line wrapped around the building people honking behind us. Pure chaos. The workers are just farting around not doing anything. Ms Azalia the cashier saying she's super busy is just standing around looking at the screens. I don't know whats going on with this place but please either hire more staff or retrain the ones you have. Worst Zaxbys I've ever been to. Ps my food better not come out cold!
