First visit to this new location and it was great! Clean, friendly people and great service. Tried their new Chipotle Ranch tacos and they were great!
We went here because our two year old grandson. He likes chicken fingers fries and raspberry lemonade. Hmm good he would say. I tried the chipotle chicken tacos. Very good. My wife had grilled chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. As soon as I can post photos I will.
Excellent food, atmosphere, the Chicken Strips are just as delicious as Chick Filet! Delicious Texas toast buttered on the one side.. I used to hate crinkle cut fries ???? but Zaxby's crinkle cut fries were AMAZINGLY ???? Yummy! Their soft Taco was delicious too!! We highly recommend them!

Local Guide
Pristine Zaxby’s with newer farmhouse style restaurant design, conveniently located right off the highway exit. Landscaping was immaculate and parking lot seemed new and spacious. Thankfully we arrived at the drive thru line when there were only 2 cars ahead of us. Ordered ahead in the app and everything went smoothly. Probably only waited 3-5 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we pulled out of the drive thru line with hot food in hand!
Zaxby’s staff were pleasant, respectful, and dressed in clean uniforms.
Ordered the Chicken fingers Kid’s
menu size and everything was as expected. Delicious!
Will definitely stop here again when driving by. Super positive experience.
Cmon Zaxbys - Do better. Paid extra for the Spicy Signature Club sandwich with Bacon Cheese lettuce and tomato INSTEAD I got this poor excuse for a sandwich with barely any sauce and 2 tiny pickles. Unfortunately we went thru the drive thru so didn’t discover the mistake till we got home
I placed a mobile order 15 min before i got here, then waited another 20 till i had to say somthing about not my foodd being ready and they didn’t even get in the system.
First of all let's get into the fact of you're not allowed to pay extra when you want a meal for a loaded fries but when you get your meal you're waiting for it 8 minutes to get small chicken no season on the fries cold bread very much overrated. This is the 2nd time I've tried Zaxby's, this one and one in Columbia.. and both are completely disappointing. I know I will never try them again because I'm a three-strike type girl and there's no need for me and try the third time because after both times being terrible experiences overly price for the food was very unseasoned and having to wait when no one else is in drive through and barely busy that I would have to wait so long.
I love zaxbys, but it just seems lately, they all git attitudes, first they looked at me for several minutes before waiting on me, and then like I was a hassle for ordering. Food was ok. Used to be my favorite place. May not go back. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that feels this way.
