Fast friendly service with delicious and affordable food. I had the grilled chicken house salad and my husband had the grilled cajun chicken club sandwich with fries.
The food was perfectly seasoned, our meal was hot and prepared quickly. We ate in the gorgeous spacious dining area that was clean and comfortable. This is fast food with better-than-expected taste. If you are in the area, be sure to try this restaurant. You will enjoy it. ????
The food was amazing. The food was light, fluffy and well seasoned. It was like biting into a slice of heaven. The reason for the 3 stars was the customer service. The lady taking orders was extremely rude. She kept trying to rush us and ask us if we were done yet when there was additional people standing in line. She even rolled her eyes and sighed at us.
Ordered online at 1203. Waiting in drive thru until 1239 to pick up order. Food was cold, fries weren't seasoned. Extra sauce container was busted and spilled all over the cookies I ordered. Had to go back in to exchange drink as the large holiday drink doesn't fit in cupholder in vehicle and the cup holder I asked for. Bread soggy could only eat the grilled chicken as it was luke warm. Do not go here they do not care
The service and food quality was awful! Our food sat on the counter about 5 minutes while the young workers played around. The chicken tenders look like small nuggets instead of tenders, and the fries were cold. The packet of sauce my husband received had a slit in the top, and the sauce was all over the packet!
The tables were dirty. The floor was dirty and getting a drink was hazardous as the floor in front of the drink machine was wet with ice and water. Sadly, the workers appeared to be interested in socializing with each other not food quality or customer satisfaction. We didn’t even finish our meal because of their loud noise and playing. It was not a pleasant environment to have a meal. Does the store have any adults and management?
The guy with the nasty black painted finger nails and his side kick ( heavy set lady with short blonde hair) was mad that I politely asked to make a split payment. They were both very rude about it so I pulled right off without the food. There's a way to talk to people without getting upset. I didn't know your system couldn't take a split payment or you're too lazy to even do it.
I love this place but a guy with blue nails hit on me at the drivethru window and this is after putting purple highlights in my hair to let men know I don’t like them. The discomfort is not worth the chicken fingers.
The store requires effective, knowledgeable management. The staff is in desperate need of genuine leadership. There have been multiple complaints from the drive-thru, inside the restaurant, and the dining area. Staff members have been openly discussing customers' complaints in front of new customers, which is very unprofessional. The restaurant is unclean, and the bathroom is out of soap and has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the food was served cold. Staff members have been observed using their cell phones and keeping them in their back pockets while on duty.
Get an hour break for lunch. Put in an order as soon as I left work to get curbside pickup. They did not get me my food till it was about 10 minutes till I needed to be back at work. It was just sitting out. Got to eat a single tender before I had to clock back in.
