What a great place Jennifer the GM. Can’t say enough great things about her! She has turned that place around. Came in after a long day with the crew and she seen the looks on our face of just being exhausted. She went above and beyond to make our evening better. Hands down made our night with her being the one that handle our orders and even checking on us!
Everytime I come here I’m either incredibly disappointed or blown away with how good it is. The service is always incredibly unenthusiastic and immature. As for the food it’s completely 50/50, sometimes you’ll have the best meal of your life or you’ll get stuck with 12 fries and the smallest and coldest chicken tenders they could have.
First off, I tried to order on the app and it said “address couldn’t be validated” so I went through the drive through, I waited a long time with only one vehicle ahead of me, and then got told to park and they’d bring it out. While waiting, tried to put my straw in my drink, I couldn’t, took the lid off, literally all ice, no drink. They finally brought my food out; there was literally no seasoning on the fries, which is the only reason I like the fries. Nothing but pure laziness going on here, I paid almost $14 for one meal, waited 15 mins, with ONE car in front of me, and there was basically no drink in my cup, and no seasoning on the fries. I will never go back here.
I used to love Zaxby's, after the past few visits not so much anymore. The prices are high, the food is hit or miss, and the fries are terrible. The last drive thru visit was a complete fail. I drove 35 minutes home only to discover I was missing half my order, both orders of the cheddar bites I did receive were so hard we couldn't eat them. It all went into the trash, I should have saved time and just threw away my money.
They left out 1/3 of the salad, ONLY 2 pieces of tomato (LITERALLY 2 PIECES) and it was thrown together like a tornado would do to a trailer park. Shameful. Especially since salads aren't cheap.
Management needs to LITERALLY check every meal until they start getting it right. Or maybe it's Management???
Very rude employees. The French fries were cold. They do not serve Splenda for unsweetened tea. Children running wild inside the establishment with no discipline. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Food was good the day we went.
My favorite by far from this place is the fried mushrooms. The chicken wings are really good also the bbq ones are super good. I would recommend if you have never tryed Zaxby's befor I would say give them a try and you will love it.
They didn't have chicken zalad, they were out of grilled chicken. What we got was quite good. The fries were seasoned nicely and were soft. The chicken fingers were actually way too hot I had to wait quite a while for them to cool down. The cheddar bites were a little hard. My wife seems to be happy with her zalad. Overall this is a good experience. Not the cheapest you can get chicken but you have more options. The soda machine had so many options you were standing there for 10 minutes trying to figure out what you wanted.
