Best WLM Reviews
This place was a fairly good place. The place was probably one of the best chicken tasting places. The people surviving us were so nice. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 Stars was the constant loud beeping. I don't think that happens every day but it was very disturbing.????
First off- this is an unfair review!!!
Everything is as great except for the malfunctioning alarm system. For 30 minutes We were subjected to beep beep beep beep beep beep! Haha there is no way I can recommend dining here.
Get it to go! A guy named Note was at the front and was super cool and in control. Very helpful guy.
Ice machine In the lobby is broke but Note was slinging drinks from the counter, so no issue.
The chicken was fresh and good!
Let me try this place in a month and do an update to see if it’s still beep beep beep.
I came in for dinner with my family and was absolutely blown away by the amazing service provided by a hardworking young man named Aiden. From the moment we walked in, he was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. His exceptional customer service truly stood out, and we left extremely satisfied with the service we received tonight.
I hadn’t been to this location in over a year due to previous negative experiences with the staff, but it’s clear that significant improvements have been made. I’m thrilled to see the positive changes and will definitely be back, thanks to this outstanding young man. Great job!
I placed an online order only to arrive at the location, and not see any employees. I drove around to the window and waited for 10 minutes before I saw an employee. When I tried to get his attention he seemed irritated as he slowly walked to the window. After a less than pleasant interaction with two employees I requested a refund. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Thought it strange that the parking lot was empty when I arrived. It did not take long to solve that mystery. Myself and a family of 3 were inside the dining area. I waited 20 minutes for a salad with grilled chicken and soggy, stale, cold bread. 2 hours before closing, all chairs stacked on tables and employees mopping out for the night. I ordered to eat in and conveniently my food was received ready, "to go" in a plastic bag. From the soul and hip hop music, poor service and quality to the rank restroom, this restaurant says to go only. Eat in at your own peril. I love a good Zalad but wont be having another here.
Is this how much sauces you get ?? Wow, what a disappointment ... not once but three times i have visit this place .
Why is it that if you get a 10 piece combo, the tenders can be dip in sauces, but just the tenders it self they wont dip them in sauces .
This just doesn't make sense ????!!
So far so good. About weekly my daughter wants a kids meal from here. This is overall friendly place. The staff has always been nice and polite.
Closing lobby one hour before the actual listed store hours and still keeping the door unlocked? So corporate says to start counting money one hour before closing with the doors open? Makes perfect sense.
