Absolutely disappointed with my recent visit to Zaxby's. I spent $30 on what was supposed to be a delicious meal, only to receive chicken that was completely burnt and inedible. It looked like it had been cooked twice as long as necessary. I couldn't even take a second bite—it was that bad. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and attention to detail. Will definitely think twice before coming back.
Kinda upset! I got the beast box and I didn’t get my cheese curds! Food was pretty good but they also didn’t even put any seasoning on the fries…
First-time visit, and I might say it was superb. I was not expecting the attentive service from a fast food chain. Thank you, Dakota, for providing magnificent customer service. The food was tasty.
It's been awhile since i've been to a zaxbys but overall the quality and quantity of food had gone done significantly. The tenders are about 50% smaller than what they used to be back in the day, the boneless wings are MORE BREADING than meat. Not only that but the chicken was old and chewy. They poured their heart into how much salt they put on these undercooked fries. Don't come here unless you want to pay about $13 for a abysmal plate.

Yes portions in every fast food market have gotten smaller. Struggling to keep doors open. Like every market trying to stay afloat.Those markets were "Foot in the door jobs" not for earning a living. Unless your management.
Or a teenagers first job, showing their worth, trustworthiness, and customer skills. Making is possible to insure the American Dream, with the skills and daring open their own thriving business, thus employing Food prices in grocery stores are very high. Bottom line Higher Wages and Food Cost what does one expect. Oh a better government. Term limits for everyone.
First visit March 4, 2023. Excellent experience-We ordered the 4 tender meal and a chicken sandwich. All of the food came out hot and fresh! The coleslaw was delicious too, I just wish they gave you more. Great brewed iced tea! This place is in my opinion one of the best chicken places in the area. PDQ used to be our go-to, but it has gone way downhill both at Seminole and Pinellas Park locations. We’ll definitely be coming back to this Zaxby’s !
I honestly never really have any major issue at this location. I usually order a Tenders Family Meal online, off there website. When I order online I earn points. As I did yesterday. I got ten dollars off my family meal order, online. When I arrive at the restaurant, or I send someone to get it, it's always ready. I've only had a minor issue or 2 in the past, like a type of sauce wasn't in stock one time, and I was just given another. Or once I bought the funnel cake and a couple had less powder sugar on them and were a little dry. Other then a couple of small things, it's been a pretty quick easy experience. And the kids always enjoy the tenders. My tenders have been fine. And the frys, and Texas toast have been fine as well. In my experience, it's been a 4.5 star to me. idk what the dinning experience is though so I couldn't say on that though. I usually order, when I do, on days off. Online orders for pickup at drive thru, or in store. I'd give it a 5 except for minor imperfections. It's definitely a place we return to on occasions.
The people in the back were nice enough to cook the food the way I requested and gave me a very warm wave from the window. The atmosphere is very friendly and I enjoyed my lunch break. ???? The staff deserve raises for being so kind.
