Best WLM Reviews
I recently visited this Zaxby’s location and was highly impressed. The manager (Liz) and her staff were welcoming from the moment I stepped into the establishment. The cashier patiently and correctly took my order, and I received it in under 2 minutes. Everything was there. The chicken tenders and fries were perfect. Nothing was burnt or old; everything was fresh.
The tables and floors were spotless. Even the bathrooms were clean from top to bottom.
I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!!!
Fast & delicious food. Only negative part is that the drink machine shot syrup straight at my son staining his hand and shorts ????
Seen the commercial for the Asian Zalad, went to drive-thru to get for dinner. Service was quick and quite friendly. Got home, and the salad was OK, egg roll slightly over cooked. Had the fried chicken and Asian dressing, pretty tasty but not as large or good looking as commercial depicts it to be.
Kenda was amazing ! She went out of her way to make sure my order was taken care of when there was an issue! She deserves to be a manager!
Thank you Liz for all your help! Service was amazing and would definitely recommend if you haven’t been to Zaxby’s before. Not sure why this isn’t as popular Chick-fil-a since the chicken is just as good or even better.
Semaj and Destiny were wonderful. They both gave warm greetings when my son and I entered. Semaj was patient as scanned the menu and even provided suggestions for my order. My order was accurate. It is rare to find good customer service these days. Kudos to them. May they continue to be assets to the brand.
First off let me say this is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in and this establishment everyone was working together when I seen them I believe the managers name was Liz and she was very respectful and helpful she made me feel like I was a part of her family the way that she spoke to me and had me in and out I would come back to this place and eat everyday if I could thank you so much Zaxby's and thank you so much Liz....
This Zaxby’s in Apopka is a newer restaurant. They have fried chicken options and some salads. Similar to a chick fil a but with more options. The drive through is always very efficient as the wait times are never very long. You can also find coupons that make the food an even better value.
