We ordered for me my friends and we picked up not cooked chicken. We are ordering almost from everyday from Zaxbys. But it was the last time. Never again
This is the reason customers should check your order before leaving and get back to the office or home and see this. Not only did it look bad it smelled scorched. The person who cooked/ prepared this has no concern of making customers satisfied for their money. This was a waste of time and money, this location gives Zaxby's a bad rap offering overcooked food, wrong orders, attitudes, up to 8 minutes to place an order at the drive-thru.
Chicken sandwich was a rip off. Bread was wet, no lettuce 1 tomato.
Zen salad was pretty awful. This store should close. They don’t care about customers. Girl in the window had a very bad attitude.

Derell is great. Amazing service from this young man. He should be recognized and promoted for his efforts. He is running orders around like he is at football practice and not making mistakes despite his speed. Great location visit thanks to him.

I usually have a good experience at this location because it is near my job. However today my experience was a little different. I originally went inside to place my order and I stood there for over 7mins without a greeting or behind acknowledged. There was no line at all. After waiting I stated to the lady “hello can I order?” Her response as she turned around was “when I’m done” she was stocking seasoning salt ect. I’m not sure if she was irritated or overwhelmed but that was unacceptable as I worked in this industry before. At least 3/4 employees walked past and still nothing. (They were all over the place) I proceeded to tell the lady “don’t worry about it” and went thru the drive thru. Upon getting to the window I asked a lady for the other ladies name so I can put it in my review and she stated they are not allowed to give names out, I would have to come inside and get a receipt with her name on it (weird) she said she was apart of the management team. So whomever was working front counter for the 345-420 hr today 11/4/24 was rude but I don’t have her name. I hope you guys take care of this and let your workers know customer experience matters.
This location is a little hit or miss on getting large orders correct. But has definitely been improving in recent weeks. It's a busy location, so expecting a 4 person online order to be on time (according to online ordering platform) is asking a lot. Give an extra 10 minutes for pickup and all is well.
They were double checking the order as it was put together, glad to see that because previous orders were usually missing at least 1 item, if not more. Good job, seeing improvement here.
I usually always love eating here. This time was no exception. The food was amazing as always but the seating area was a mess. There was ice on the floors from overflowing in the machines, dirty tables so I had to go on a search to find a decent table that I was comfortable enough to eat at. The trash by the drinks were overflowing and no one seemed to care about the untidiness within the restaurant. Still love Zaxbys though.
I would give this location Zero stars if I could!! While waiting on my order I noticed I was over charged for something I didn’t ask for so I told them and the drive thru girl (EVONNE L) response was this is ridiculous I said what’s ridiculous she said asking for a refund for sauce. Idgaf I didn’t ask for extra sauce so give me my money back then she proceeds to argue with me. Y’all need to get better employees, if she at the window again with the same smart remarks it’s gone be a problem she disrespectful & has poor customer service
