We ordered food to be delivered at 12:00 to the office. The delivery driver said once she got to the restaurant the food was not even ready. All the girls went to Chick Fil A and got food. My salad and the doctors wasn't even correct like it had just been thrown together. We didn't get our order until 11:45 or 11:50. We will not order from here again. One girl was even missing something off her order It's like you don't care.
This is not even a full salad or A Cobb Salad which is what I ordered.
This is an update on the review. I went when I got off work to get the correct salad and look at the chicken on the salad. I’m not going back in the restaurant, but this is ridiculous. it literally looks like they took one chicken, tender, and shredded it.
4 employees all in one small bathroom. Some had gloves on still one had headset on still and other 2 nothing just uniform. All four walked out did not wash hands went back to work. Manger had to tell one of them out the four customers want to order and to come to the register basically. Will never return. Food was old, I had placed an online order in the parking lot. It was ready so fast with old food. I asked for no and ice was in my drink had to get remade.
The food was alright. Fries were not fresh. They had to redo my salad because I asked for no chicken and they added fried chicken. Order taking was super confusing. She didn't seem like she was listening. Dining area was dirty. Floors were greasy.
I wish I could give 0 stars to this terrible restaurant. My husband went there to pick up food for me, him and our toddler and was around $18.00. Apparently, the lady charged his card THREE times by accident and when he asked for them to fix it, they told him to contact his bank. The fact your restaurant charged us almost $60 dollars to be told to contact our bank is disgusting!! Please decide to eat elsewhere because you will regret it like we did! Terrible service and last time going there and will let our family and friends know to not come here as well.
The food was great and came how we order it but the sandwich was a bit weird. This is my second time eating from this chain, the first time was horrible in Jacksonville FL. But back to the sandwich. If you guys didn't have Buns you should have said so. I noticed the young lady talking about something and then staring at me weirdly while passing the bag to the other young lady that took my to go order. Then she starts to look at me kinda funny as well. I thought nothing of it until sitting in the car eating. My child tells me he has 2 bottom Buns. I asked him if he wanted to go back. But he said it was fine, so I didn't bother. But IF it had been my food, and from they looks they probably knew. Well that's another story.
I always look forward to Zaxby’s after a long drive and I always come to this location. Thank you so much for another great experience!
Zaxbys lately for me is always hit or miss but this zaxbys at this location is always good. They have consistently served really damn good food. It’s always fresh, always tasty and we have good service every time. This zaxbys reminds me of why I first started liking zaxbys many years ago. Can’t say enough how good they are here!
EXTREMELY SLOW Zaxby’s. POOR MANAGEMENT AND FRANCHISE! They have SEVERAL people working inside each time I go. But the workers are inside having conversations with each other with their arms folded and ignoring the orders. Each time I’ve gone to this location, it has taken approx. 45min-1hr to get through the line and receive my food. When I received my ordered I had approx 10 fries and they were BURNT. No sauce either! They do not care for the patrons or their time. AVOID THIS LOCATION! FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! Everyone, please contact Corporate with your experiences here! I certainly did! They need to know this location is HORRIBLE! Whoever is giving this location great reviews obviously work there! Wake up Corporate! I won’t be back! You do not deserve my money or support!
