I got the spicy chicken sandwich for my first time going here! I came here with my friend after a pretty long day so we absolutely devoured it and I honestly really like it! The employee who was at the drive thru that helped us was super nice and cheerful. The wait wasn’t too long either, and he brought it straight to the car pretty speedy fast????????
3 Stars.. only because fries weren’t hot.. but I’m not mad at it because they were about to close and I understand what happens at the end of the night. Service was great.. quick.
Food was delicious and prepared quickly. We don't have Zaxbys in MD so whenever we go down south we are sure to stop by. It was early afternoon and the restaurant area was spotless. The staff was very nice. Can't wait to by again next time we visit Richmond.
I only get zaxbys once in a blue moon because there isn’t one near me. I come to this place and they don’t give me any zax sauce even though I ordered extra. The drive thru woman was sassy and didn’t deliver the exceptional service I am used to. Raise the bar Richmond zaxbys.
I hate this location , this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I didn’t receive ANY sauce for my wings . The other day the food wasn’t fresh smh you can tell it sat under the warmer . … how do you forget sauce for BOTH boxes . Ughhhhhh not to mention I haven’t even ate any fries yet look at the little bit in BOTH boxes
Chicken fingers were pretty good. Sauces were great -really liked the hot honey mustard and spicy zax sauce. Cheese bites were ok, as were the fries. Airport zaxbys is better somehow lol
Not bad food, service can be hit or miss but my order is always correct.
Service was fast and kind. Food was ok. Feels like Zaxbys aren’t what they used to be or maybe it’s this one.
Paid with cash and told due to the coin shortage they couldn’t give me change. Ahhh it’s October 2022. Interesting. It Is a good way to make a little extra every day.
