The grilled chicken sandwich was good. Got it to go. My hubby and grandson got big zak snack. Place is clean and well kept most of the time. Could use more help...like most fast food places...excuse me all places to eat...
I ordered traditional mild wings and things, but my wings had no sauce and when I called to inform them; no one answered the phone.
Longest drive through experience I've ever had. Someone took our order 30 minutes ago and we havent seen anyone since. I think they are waiting for closing time so they can just leave. Actually, they may have already left and we are still in line!
Three narrow strips and 5 wings plus fries, 1 toast, and drink is a large? It used to be 5 decent-size strips and wings with fries and 2 toasts and drink. Who wants a large just to get more o ounces of fries and a drink. Then the tenders were tight.
A little more expensive than the usual fast food burger joints but offer a variety of chicken based lunches and salads. The quality of their meals is outstanding. Service is a little slower because everything is made to order. Service is friendly and efficient. Access to this location can be challenging during peak travel times.
No ice, napkins or silverware. Tables all dirty and trash over flowing in the cans. My order was wrong and the sandwich was slopped together. This is the worst Zaxby’s experience I have ever had. So sad!!
I noticed the food quality drastically decline at this location. Employees told me that the current owners quickly switched to lower cost ingredients and dont even use the season salt anymore or its just a knock off brand.. Wonder why the Zaxbys Corp doesnt put a stop to these franchise owners ruining the quality of their food.
Delicious hot fresh chicken straps. Fries were fresh and hot too. Very flavorful. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant.
