Ask for a Large Fry Extra Seasoning and Fresh.
I did get the fry and extra seasoning but fresh was not presented first red flag I got the fries too quick. When people ask for something a certain way it’s because we know it tastes better . My opinion Zaxbys fries aren’t good unless it dropped fresh. So since I didn’t get it I asked for my money back. I’m trying to figure how hard is it to drop fresh fries instead of giving someone soggy ass fries. Make It Make Sense Do Better Skibo Management can’t blame the workers. They’re kids and don’t want to be there anyway????????♀️????????♀️
Food is always good at any Zaxbys. I like the atmosphere of this location. It's quiet, easy to get to, and has quick service.
Food was super fresh only thing was at the window she forgot to give me a straw for drink. The food so fresh I had to stop eating and leave this review
There was a long drive through line so I ordered from inside. Nobody was in front of me and it took twenty minutes. So the inside took longer than the drive through. The chicken strips were good and they have a Coke dream machine inside. I would recommend drive through if you are not dining in.
Great fast food meal. Service at the location was outstanding.
I forgot this was still “new” so the drive thru was out the road when I first got there. I walked in. There was only two other people in there and they were both waiting on orders. I ordered a salad. The employees were clean and the inside eating area was clean as well. They did charge me for the extra dressing I asked for but forgot to put it in the bag. I was disappointed but I know that drive they was packed and the employees were working fast to get the orders out.
Atmosphere great nice a clean! I ordered a house salad, fried pickles and the new fried chicken Philly. The Philly was good but…it was dry. It needs some sort of sauce or something. Very dry and the fries seemed as though they had been sitting for a while. ????
I eat at Zaxbys often and tonight was a horrible experience. I was being rushed while taking my order just for them to ask what were my drinks after I already told them. They forgot the dipping sauce, all the workers were talking over each other. The black lady with the mask on had an attitude, and being loud saying “take this order I’m ready to go”. They were so unprofessional I probably won’t go back to this location. Food was not good, fries had no season, and chicken was hard.
