Best WLM Reviews
This Zaxbys is the worst I’ve ever been to. The Texas toast literally smells like garbage, my wings are overcooked … which has never happened before at any other zaxbys. There is no sauce on them. Every single meal is cold. My husband has to drive 20 minutes so they can at least give us sauce. Not sure I even trust my 3 year old eating this. The kids working there do not care about giving good service and making good food. This is giving a bad name to a good food chain.
Food was alright, fresh food now the service is terrible, I mean the absolute worst workers. The lady who worked the register looks like she couldn’t care less about her job, no smiles just mean mug as she’s taking your order.
Whoever the manager is needs to to train your employees better…
Been sitting in line for over 18 minutes and counting in the same spot .. we can’t even hardly get the younger generation to show up to work and you think they can run your business yeah in the ground. Good Job
Unfortunately, my taste buds are saddened by the quality of my tacos that I received. My eyes are burdened with appearance and did not reach any level of satisfaction. I will forever not know the true experience from a well crafted zaxbys taco. The description listed shredded lettuce, Cheddar Jack cheese, pico de gallo, Chipotle Ranch Sauce. Avocado Ranch BLT: shredded lettuce, Roma tomatoes, natural hardwood smoked bacon. I received only pico and Chipotle ranch sauce.
Messed up my order 3 times... and actually never got it right. Wings are cold, fries not even hot, and they're busy! You would think you would get hot food. The tongue torch sauce i used to like is mild to medium at best. One drink machine so you have to wait for 6 people in front to decide what they want. Haven't been in a while, and won't be back for a long time, if ever.
Not a good visit. My order had three mistakes ????. Didn't add the fries I asked for in the order, I noticed after I paid and looked at the receipt. I had to create a separate order for 2 fries. Secondly, I asked for light sauce on Kickin Chicken. It literally had a small dot of sauce! Lastly, they didn't even give me my wings! Good thing I checked before I left!
Nya and Josiah were the two people who took care of my order in the drive through. Misspelled their name so sorry for that.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for make being so kind and making me feel special without asking. You two are champions in my book.
Very friendly staff! I came in at lunch, and the food was great. It was served hot and fresh. There was also very welcoming and greeted me right when I came in. Thank you guys for your hard work ????????
