Went through the drive thru. We had the grilled chicken cobb salad and the signature chicken sandwich on texas toast combo. Food was good, service was excellent!
Young workers that work here, and stare at you when you walk in without greeting really. Lady taking our order seemed frustrated to really be working, and you could barely hear what she says. Chicken felt soggy, doesn’t look fresh or like the pics at all. Building is pretty, but food isn’t that exciting, especially when staff isn’t that pleasant.
Always enjoy eating here! This time was the worst ever. As we were getting our drinks, noticed that there was trash everywhere around drink station. Counter was sticking from drink spillage. As we looked for a table, noticed trash all over floor and trash on most tables. Some.even having old food scraps on them. Had to clean our own table off. Trash in cans was running over. Couldn't place our trash in container. Then had a group of 5 younger kids come in. Didn't order anything but just talked with girl at counter. Then one kid started rapping and using very foul language. This was about 4 30 pm. We picked up our food and just left. Won't be back for awhile. Not the Zaxby's it used to be!
We passed by coming back from the beach, we usually love Zaxby’s, but we ended up not eating any of our food! The fries had no seasoning, not even salt, the chicken tasked very smoky as if it was burnt, the sauces. The bread and the drinks were the only thing we could eat.
Wow! There are no Zaxby’s up North and this is the first time I’m having it and WOW!!! Crispy chicken with such an explosion of flavors! Crinkle curly fries are dusted with just the right amount of seasoning to make it interesting in itself.
If you’re wanting a chicken sandwich and are looking for something besides Chik-Fil-A, Zaxby’s the place!
Food was ok. Service was as well. The one thing that was odd is that nobody was wearing anything on their heads. No hats, no hair nets, nothing. They need to be wearing something on their heads per health department.
My wings had to much sauce and it was like the food was past temp. I think they cooked it too early. I'm safeserv certified and this food wasn't properly prepared. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was delightful.
I gave it 5 stars because of Ms. Elizabeth Cantaline. She is an absolute treasure. I worked 13 years in the restaurant industry, and speaking from experience, customer service can be hell but she handles it like a champ. Everytime we come in she has a smile on her face and knows we want before we even get there. She took the time out to get our name so she could greet us each time we come in. I wish more people in customer service took some advice from this girl. I know its hard, but sometimes all you can do is smile and pick your head up. She is an all around amazing asset to this company!
