Ordered the new Asian salad that comes with an egg roll. WAY TO MUCH SAUCE!!! My salad was swimming in the Asian sauce they put on the salad.... Couldn't use the dressing they provide with the salad ( 2 packs) that compliments and brings all the flavors together. Would've been nothing but sauce and a salad swimming in it!! Usually order from the Springs Road location and it's perfect. This location just adds too much of the sauce! WAY TOO MUCH!! Will order from Springs Road location from now on.
I understand the bout every restaurant is having with inflation. The prices just keep going up and up and up. This time, however, the fries were kind of mushy and unevenly seasoned. My kids always ask for zaxbys, but just not this particular store
Can’t explain how much I appreciate this Zaxby’s. After evacuating due to Hurricane Helene, I found myself at a hotel right behind this Zaxby’s. I was so happy they were open. When I arrived, I noticed that while they had power, their registers and all technology were still not working. This crew was taking orders, calculating totals + tax, making great food, , and giving excellent customer service, all while some of them were possibly going home to no power, no air, damaged homes, or worse. I spoke with the manager, Keisha, and could tell her crew is in great hands. Though I was in the area due to a disaster, I do travel through the area quite frequently and will absolutely remember this visit, the comfort they provided me in that moment, and make the stop everytime.
Food is always good and fresh here, after so many letdowns from other places this is one of my 'go-tos.' Zalads are my usual order here, but at $11 it's getting harder to afford them...
I wouldn't know much about the atmosphere, as I never go in there to sit down and eat, I am always on the run. But, the staff seems courteous enough in the drive thru. The new tacos are pretty good for the price. I never thought I'd be paying 3 bucks for a taco, but here we are. It's not like Taco Bell isn't charging $2 for what used to be a 75 cent item. It's not Zaxby's fault inflation is out of control. I'd gladly give $3 for a chicken taco with fresh pico de gallo than mystery meat, funny smelling tomatoes, wilted lettuce and double rice burritos.
Went to the one on Lenoir Rhyne Blvd in Hickory. Food was awesome, service was excellent with a smile and was reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. Highly recommend!!
Didn't go inside, food was delicious! This was our first time trying Zaxbys. We really liked the cheesecake bites too.
I walked into this place, and the smell of RANK old oil hit my nose along seeing the counter-chick with no gloves on was putting cheese on someone's chicken sandwich! GROSS!! I walked out!
Friendly staff, reasonable prices, quick service, quick drive thru, good food. Would definitely recommend.
