Best WLM Reviews
I sat in the drive thru waiting almost 30 minutes for 4 kids meals that I placed in the app before arriving!! I was asked to pull up and watched as the cars behind me paid and received their food without waiting. In the app I requested light ice and reiterated this at the window, but still my drinks were filled with ice. I was given no straws or
napkins!! I told the associate I ordered light ice when she finallybrought my order out... She took the drinks waited another 5 minutes and brought back the same drinks full of ice!! I wish I was making this up!!
I got signature sandwich and the bottom bun was stale and crumbly - like it had be toasted 20 minutes prior and just left out and the reheated for my order. I took it back up, and staff just started at me mouths agape. Since they were unable to even speak, I told them not to worry about it and used a piece of toast as a substitute. It was ok as repaired,, but I still say, bad food and bad service - one star.
Everything was great! We asked for extra seasoning on our fries and they delivered! Wonderful staff and food! Will definitely be back.
Best experience - great customer service (Thank you Audrey W.), food was great, clean dining area and restrooms, staff cleaning the dining area ( Lindsey and Chris) asked if we needed anything and took our trash and trays. Great customer experience. Kudos to the Mgmt Team and Staff
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I walked in and was told by the person at the counter that she would be right with me. After standing there for over 5 minutes with no further acknowledgment, another customer walked in, and she immediately rushed over to take his order. It felt like I was completely ignored, and I have no idea why I received such poor customer service. I eventually just walked out in frustration. I won’t be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
This was a deliver through DoorDash so basically $35 for 15 wings that were so tiny they didn’t even appear real. But dine, skin soft vs crispy. Super disappointed and waste of $$$$. Poor quality!’
Our experiences here are usually great, and if given the opportunity, I always rate them highly. Not today. We did a mobile order, gave our name at the speaker. Drove to window, the lady literally stuck our bag out the window without a word and was gone! Not hello, kiss my foot…nothing! Then my salad wasn’t full. Not to be picky, but I am willing to pay $10 for your salad-but not full, and cool chicken is not my fav. Just to share with owners-courtesy and freshness matter!
UPDATE: I decided after church Sunday to give this Zaxbys another try. So thankful I did! The lady who helped me inside was so friendly, the food hot and fresh. Did not disappoint! Changing my review and thank you for encouraging your team to friendliness!
Well mannered staff. Nothing spectacular happened.. this kid named Marcus was just very polite.
