Best WLM Reviews
The young lady that took our order was impatient. She kept asking us “is that all?” We didn’t order a lot so I’m not sure why she was rushing us. Once we got back to the room & open the container we were high disappointed the the food.
They do their wings right! Tender and juicy and not over sauced. The fries were the perfect crisp and perfectly seasoned. The whole staff was amazing and very friendly. Yep! It's a Mississippi thing ????
This was actually my first time eating here and I was very pleased with my bone in wings and things. My food was fresh and hot and I² really enjoyed every bit of it. I will be returning back soon.
Accidently placed 2 of the same online order and they called to make sure that was what we wanted. And the order was done right on schedule. 10/10 customer service!!!
My name is jason. Rhonda is my wife.
This is by far one of the best fast food experiences I've ever encountered.
A small miscommunication earlier in the day was no match for Trip and his LARGE knowledge of customer relations.
He and his staff were prompt, friendly and excel at their jobs.
I wish i could give them 10 stars.
Fast food workers should be sent to thi s store for training. KEEP IT UP GUYS. YALL ARE AWESOME
Extremely disappointed with the extra sauce portions. EVERY other Zaxby's fills the cups here you barely get a dribble in the bottom. Seriously? We asked for dine in and they packed us up for carry out.
They were HOWEVER extremely caring and made a kids cheese sandwich instead of grilled cheese upon request!!!!
Second time for me to eat at a Zaxbys, First Time for the one here. Still need some work on getting the food out. Was in line for 30 + minutes. Hopefully it will be better next time. Food was cold by time I got home.
Really enjoyed the dinning in experience grab a comfortable booth , it was so clean and the customer service was amazing, 5 star restroom experience as well.....
