Spoke with the manager about a 3 taco order that was drenched in ranch, had them remake it and what I was giving with horrible I could count the 1 cut of tomato and less than 10 shreds of lettuce . The manager says that's exactly how it should look. Nothing near the photo on the register
Don’t be fooled. This zaxby location has wings the size of my pinky. For what they are charging. This is criminal. They are overcooked dry and this is my 4th and last time coming here.
I decided to do the BOGO on the wings as today was the last day. I was so excited when I got off work and could go pick up the order I placed after leaving. However, when I got home I saw nothing but burnt chicken. In fact I have never seen chicken that burnt before. However, I decided I was going to eat it anyway because this is what I had planned for dinner and was hopefully that at least it would be tasty. Everything went downhill from there. I had multiple pieces taste funky and even gagged on the taste of one. Some of the wings were pink on the inside. I ended up having to throw most of it away. Luckily I still had a leftover slice of pizza and some cake left to salvage my dinner. This was terrible and whoever okayed what they served me in the kitchen needs to be told not to do that again. This was horrible and I will not be back to this location for a while until the above issues were fixed and the 86 overall health score you guys received is also resolved.
The fried chicken Cobb salad is excellent and the employees are always friendly. My coworkers have come here for years for lunch. This winter, however, has been very unpleasant because the dining room has been ice cold - like literally the outside temperature. If this condition is addressed I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks

Deleted previous 4 star review to readjust to 2. Very very slow service. They only serve one car at a time & have you waiting to order for 10+ min at the speaker not to include the time it took to get to the speaker.
The person taking the orders/money is also filling your drinks WITHOUT gloves. They use a scoop for the ice & throw the scoop in the bin when they are done. Extremely Unsanitary!
Only thing giving it a 2nd star is because the food is hot
Just got an order of tiny wings. I mean, these things are small! Asked back at the counter if this is the standard size. She said, yes, they are always very small. They should let you know.
The drink was OK.
Dining area was very clean.
at this point just go to popeyes. zaxbys quality has gone to trash. i ordered a wings and things and i got dry wings with NO sauce that looked like they have been sitting for a while. my fries had no seasoning and they were cold. the soda didn’t even taste like soda ? it was light in color and tasted watered down. popeyes is bad but zaxbys is worse.
Zaxby’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and usually the chain in Elizabeth city does a good job, but today they fell short on food quality.
I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing and not only did the wings have very little sauce, but they were cold as well.
I’ll be back. I just hope it improves.
