I ordered 2 orders of the cheddar bites, once I got home I noticed the amount was not appropriate, nor the same as another zaxbys I went to.
Placed a mobile order through the app went to pick up through drive through. Fries were missing from the order so I went in and told them it was missing from my mobile order. Cashier gave me attitude multiple times about MY ORDER. Then proceeded to tell the cook to cook a fry real quick bc “apparently” they left it off the order. Definitely not the first time they’ve left off stuff from my order.
I had originally thought this place was getting better and it’s not. It must depend on who is there managing. I went through before work to just grab a large fry and that was all. Service at the speaker was nice, but once we got to the window I guess it was shift change. We sat for over 8 minutes at the window waiting on just a large fry. The fries had zero seasoning which is a waste of money. The only reason their fries are good is because of the seasoning.
One of the employees (it was a girl) was very rude to a women of Hispanic descent. She was very unprofessional and made me and my child very uncomfortable and it was not a nice nor a comfortable place to dine in with my child.
Clean, busy, fast service. Food was ok. Not crispy. Chicken, fries, and bread soft. Sauces very good. Will be back. Maybe want to avoid the Styrofoam boxes. Creating steam and making food soft. First time app users get free big Zack meal. Great deal.
I came through the drive-thru to place an order, the person taking the order was nice. We ordered a Mr. beast box, a salad and I ordered the Southern Shrimp combo, no zaxtail sauce but tongue torch instead. I know I said it exactly bc my Aunt said she should've gotten the same thing. We proceeded to park and eat and I received a chicken sandwich with tongue torch sauce on it. So I took it back in. I realized once I got in to show the receipt to the guy behind the counter that it was rung up wrong so he stated you would be saving with the sandwich (in my head I thought that was not what I ordered I don't care about saving I can pay the extra) but I won't ring it up I'll have your order out shortly. So I waited approximately 2-3 minutes and my food was ready. I thought, this is not fresh. I go to the car and open my box, the shrimp are burnt and greasy and the toast was burnt as well. They looked like they were sitting and they dropped them in the grease just to get back hot. Disappointing
This location is usually really good if you go during lunch time and definitely no later than 6pm. The salads are always large and the tenders big and juicy. My last order was very lackluster, perhaps my fault bc I waited to order after 730pm
A terrible overall experience. The food and flavors were normal Zaxby's good. BUT the service was miserable and the restaurant filthy. I know these are not the standards that Zaxby's tries to attain. Everyone on the front counter was congregating in the drive through for chatting. One young person had their phone on the counter or in their hand. The same person had a drink on the counter and was eating food as well. All 3 become food safety concerns when they are simultaneously handling food and drink for customers. Truly a visage of how NOT to serve food. The tables were nasty. The drink counter was covered in dried drink rings. All napkin holders were empty. Sweet tea was empty. Freestyle coke machine needed a wipe down..... not what I normally see at Zaxby's.
