Best WLM Reviews
Do not order from here. For one, you aren’t greeted correctly and the person on the speaker is worried about everything else but taking the customers order. Two I ordered buffalo chicken and they were too lazy to even mix the flavor with the chicken. No where did I say I want my flavor on the side. They’re very negligent to customer satisfaction, and will deliberately ignore you!!
The quality of food is amazing, fresh and was delivered fast we ordered 20 big Zack snacks for a group plus additional meals. Food was out fast and fresh the location is super clean, restrooms smell like clean and staff is extremely nice and efficient. Great job to the Manager managing this location definitely the best around. Will be comeing back soon.
Nate the great was awesome! He was very attentive to us when we dined in and greeted us with a smile! The food was hot fresh and very deliciously.
I love the people! Cat, Wand, Renee, Zury, Angel...everyone is always to nice. The food is great! The music is great! I so enjoy going to this Zaxbys, that I go each week for lunch. I feel blessed every time i go and eat...it's a special place. Almost always, i get the grilled chicken salad...delightful!!!
Nate made my visit so pleasant and enjoyable. He made sure my order was correct and that I had what I needed. I can't wait to return with my family again.
Do not order here. I ordered a 6 piece finger plate and got TWO nuggets. Whoever made this knows exactly what they did because they’re too lazy to give people the food they paid money for.
I can't tell you how anything tastes because the staff could not get more than two cars through the line in fifteen minutes. What was supposed to be a quick stop to pick up food was a bust because we were out of time.
Based on the other reviews, I can see that Zaxby's has no desire to fix this issue. I will take this to mean that this is just how they run things.
This goes to show that the manager on duty doesnt care. Please close down if the customer isnt first. I was not greeted and had to be asked was I helped yet just to get my order taken. I ate inside and the place was a mess with over flowing trash and dirty tables everywhere. I thought I was gonna have to go to my car and eat. My wings were cold. Just ridiculous. I wont be back. If short of staff is the problem. Dont let staff take a break all at once. All I heard while I was there....go on break. Geesh!!!!
