Zaxbys is going down the drain. Order the Zaxbys new signature club. Well the piece of chicken was like the one that they use for Sliders there was no pickles and the sandwich was cold. When I called they said oh its the way zaxbys is sending there chicken in a pre package. This was the worst experience ever.
Don’t go here if you’re in any kind of hurry [30+ MINUTES!].
There was a car ordering at the box and one more in front of me in line for the drive-thru when I got there. Once I got to the box to order, they said to wait a minute and then 10 MINUTES LATER they finally start taking my order.
No joke, 30 MINUTES LATER I FINALLY have my food and can leave now. Most likely won’t be back. This is not ‘fast’ food by any means.
*They also did not have Zax sauce, AND forgot both of my drinks! Never been so disappointed.
Drive thru order not right again. Yes, I should have checked but it’s awkward causing further delays to the line of patrons waiting behind you. Besides, it is the Zaxby employees job to fill orders correctly. Drive thru attendants are like weather personnel; they can get it wrong and it’s ok. Really??
It's getting two stars bc the girl at the window was sweet, not too smart, but sweet nonetheless. So she hands us a bag with two meals in it. We didn't open it, just handed it back and said this wasn't ours. We only ordered one meal. They go through it. Ask what we had. Got our receipt. Then held a box at the window and opened it and asked if it was what we ordered. I don't know I can't see it. What are you showing me. She says boneless wing meal in BBQ. I said no we had traditional. She opens it again and says it's traditional. And I'm like ok then yes it is. She says so you want this meal? Like what? I just want what we ordered and paid for. If that was also in the bag that was handed to me earlier, idk bc I didn't go through it, I just knew we had order one meal and that bag has two meals in it. I worked for Zaxby's for 2yrs as a certified trainer. This entire interaction bent me completely out of shape. You don't hand out food that's been returned. You don't open food at the window and then proceed to give it out. You have a screen that shows you what orders you have in the order they are taken. Please use your screen. OAN, the wings were only half sauced. And only drinks available were tea lemonade and water.
I showed up at about 6pm & I was greeted by these wonderful gentlemen with low-hanging jeans. They asked me if I wanted a drink - on them as they said - and poured a drink for me on the spot. When I asked about getting 2 Zaxby’s ‘Cluckinator’ meals these wonderful men went ahead & said I didn’t have to pay - it was very kind of them! Thankfully the atmosphere matched the customer service as these gentlemen began playing some hip hop music to lighten the mood & it really hit the spot! The employees were also great as when I brought up that I wanted a side of shrimp, an employee turned to me & said, “I’ll be with you one moment sir.”, and left the store. My family & I were continued our meal until the employee came back not 10 minutes later with fresh shrimp in a fishing net & hand fried the newly caught shrimp right before our eyes. I was about to tip for the wonderful customer service however the low-hanging jeans wearing gentlemen came & said, “We’ll take that for them.” & flashed a 100% off coupon at our general direction so I threw my wallet on the floor & skedaddled with my family, thankfully leaving the scene just fine. This location is really a vacation spot & should be considered for a Top 10 List in generosity!
Not worth your time or money.
I love zaxby’s and normally have a great experience but this location lacks everything a fast food place needs: speed of service, fair portion sizes (picture of a salad that badly fills the bottom of the container) flavor, and warm food.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews but I’ve given this location more than one chance. It’s unfortunate but the service is always super slow and the food is lukewarm at best. Find a different zaxbys to support.
I have waited in the drive thru without even ordering my food for 19 minutes. While they take one order at a time pull them up give them they're food then take another order. Zaxbys another restaurant that hasn't come back right after covid. So disappointed worked 12 hours just to sit here for 45 last time here.
