I’m somewhat disappointed becas when the chicken tacos came out, I got some and they was so good! But for some reason a month later I go and they served me the chipotle ranch with a lil bit of sauce and almost no lettuce. I go today and I ask if they can make sure they put all my toppings on it because last time they gave me almost no lettuce. And they gave me some sad tacos again, almost no lettuce almost no sauce. Not sure why they look so good on the picture but they give you sad portions when you get it. Also employees were arguing loudly infront of me not sure why. YES PRICES WENT UP, AND THATS COOL BUT GIVE ME MY TACOS THE WAY YOU ADVERTISE THEM ZAXBYS!!
We used the drive thru to order our food. The order taker was very friendly and accurately described the spiciness of the sauce. When we got home, the fries were still HOT as were the chicken fingers in the sandwich. The sodas were spot-on for syrup and carbonation mixture. The cost? About $1.50 more than Wendy's. Food for thought...
The food was delicious as always but I feel as if the quality has declined a little bit. I wish I could give 4.5 stars but our wings were not super saucy and one of my group members’ wings were practically dry. The service was quick and easy even though there was only one cashier. I got the wings and things with wimpy sauce which was awesome and the zax sauce is incredible! Would come again
The workers are friendly and professional inside. I haven’t been to this location in about a year because last time we got the wrong order and it was cold.
Decided to try the 8 wings for 8 dollars today. I get home… and there’s only 4 wings. Can’t win with this location which is a shame because we live so close.
Editing this to say the food was hot and the wings are good! But I didn’t get what I paid for which sucks.
Service here is absolutely the worst. Went to pick up an order that was already PAID FOR, and the associate refused to give it out since they were closed (arrived 2 minutes after they closed). They said the order was already made, but the will not give out the orders even if they were PAID for in advance. That kind of behavior should not be allowed.
Writing this review live from the drive thru where I've been for over 30 minutes just trying to get some basic chicken. If I wait much longer maybe I'll get a senior citizen discount. It's literally 10-15 minutes per car. Maybe I'll just die here. See you all on the other side.
Waited 15 minutes to get a sandwich that looked like this (it’s supposed to be Texas toast).
The service wasn’t great either, and the long wait didn’t help.
There was also essentially no sauce in my sandwich, bad experience all around.
I went on my lunch break to go grab what I thought was going to be some amazing Zaxby’s, yet I opened a box of horrors in my vehicle. And that wasn’t even the worst part. We ordered in the drive-thru, and ordered a spicy signature sandwich meal, the three nibblerz, and two drinks. Upon pulling up to the window, I noticed the gentleman about to fill our drinks, but accidentally knocked them into the floor. Luckily those cups weren’t just picked up and re-used, but instead we didn’t get them at all. The gentleman, whose name was Tino, proceeded to hand us a bag with only one of the meals and neither of the drinks. I then entered the building, and waited patiently at the counter for assistance. It took a second, but the gentleman eventually came up to ask what I needed. However; he did not greet me with a, “What can I get for you?” Or “Is there something you need help with?”, but a sharp and in an annoyed tone, “Yes???” I then explained to him the situation and he asked, “Was that all?” I responded with a “Oh, and the drinks”. I was not rude in any fashion, but this man then bulged his eyes with a shocked look and proceeded to roll them at me. I did not catch his name, as I was already appalled at the service I was receiving and could not believe he just rolled his eyes at me. An unkempt older gentleman in the back was working on my nibblerz. The only saving grace of this customer service experience was a woman who checked to make sure I had been checked on and that I didn’t need anything else. After this entire fiasco, I opened my box and this was the absolute horror that I had to bear witness to. A completely demolished nibblerz meal. Whoever made this meal should be ashamed of themselves, as they clearly ripped my buns and had not even the slightest care for his job at this establishment. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever endured in my entire existence and the Zaxby’s on Signal Mtn Rd should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t even know if this could be made right, but I would at least hope an attempt would be made.
