We had 11 people arrive around 8:30. The gentleman who took my order was extremely kind and welcoming. They packed up our food so nicely. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted good. The service was the greatest thing about our visit, however. Every employee we encountered was friendly and engaging. They engaged us upon entering and exiting the restaurant. They offered extra plates for everyone. They seemed to be genuinely glad to help us. I would highly recommend this Zaxby's.
Thursday night 4 of us stopped in about 8:30 for a late supper as the past few weeks when we visited the restaurant, there had been changes for the better over the past as for cleanness and service but Thursday night the temperature was freeinging inside the restaurant. Not chilly ( Freezing)
It is a shame this restaurant has been doomed from get go it appears! May be work force! Mostly !
We asked the people about turning the air conditioner off.The young man said (no) the people in the cooking area have no air . They can have my air after many trips since this restaurant open that was my LAST!
Food was ok. It was dirty inside. It was a highschool hangout with employee's and there friends. Instead of hanging out with their friends maybe they could clean the place so they wouldn't be so nasty
Not sure why the restaurants in Union City cannot get it together. There isn't a decent place in this town to eat. I had high hopes when they put this in. It hasn't been here long and it's already trashed. The employees act like they would rather be anywhere else than where they are. The dining room is disgusting. Tables weren't wiped, standing water in the floor from the soda machine, trash in the booth areas. This is a result of poor management. The sad truth is I'm sure they just don't care. I won't be back anytime soon.
Great wings. The best fries I ever tasted. Hot food on delivery. Great service. Love the Zaxby's sauce.
The chicken didn't look like or feel like real chicken. One bite and I spit it out. If it's not on a bone, you better leave it alone.
Waited over 45 minutes for my food. Food was good but the wait time is awful. Customer service was terrible, they acted like they didn’t know what they were suppose to do. Very disappointed.
Just wasn't for me. Staff was nice but not a fan of the zaxby sauce or the breading on the chicken but that's just me
