I visited on Veterans Day to get free Signature Chicken Sandwich. Veteran’s were required to download app and then have coupon scanned. This is a bit much especially for older Veterans who really don’t get into apps etc. I had trouble pulling up coupon and the young lady who assisted also couldn’t find it to download. It didn’t appear in my app. The general manager (Lynn) stated that this had been an issue all day and she had to comp the sandwich.
The service was impeccable as Fara and Kennedy were awesome. They greeted everyone with a smile and were extremely friendly and helpful. This is what you call excellent customer service!!!!
The atmosphere is great! It’s very cozy; nice and clean. It seems it must be u see new management because the last I visited, which has been awhile, the dining area wasn’t very neat and clean. It seems Lynn is also doing a wonderful job and should be commended.
I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommended this location. Oh, and all the food taste great!!! ????
The salad was great and very delicious! Everything was perfectly made.
Terrible service. Ordered at 11:53 and was told to pull up to wait for my order. I was informed at 12:17 that they ran out of salads. Then i had to go inside to get a refund. Really should be shut down or turned into a different franchise.
Went here tonight and had a long wait in the drive thru. Finally got my order and it was a hot mess. Fries laying all in the coleslaw. Toast looks like it fell on the floor, picked up and just thrown on the plate. Chicken was dry . Fries was broken into pieces. I'm so done with this place
The service was quick and the food was amazing. This Zaxby’s is probably the best within a 25 mile radius. Will come again soon!
Update: twice in a row I have ordered and paid for extra Zax sauce and not received it. More than not getting what I purchased, I don't have enough sauce for my sauce-loving family. Very disappointing.
Food tastes good for fast food, decent variety on the menu, and several good sauce options (if you get them when you pay for them).
I love the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, and the service is always fast and friendly.
Good chicken tenders and other options too. I like this better than that place across the street with all the hype ????
