Had to wait drive through for 10 minutes. They didn't give us any Zack's sauce. They didn't give us the blue cheese for my salad. There were 2 little tiny pieces of bacon. I mean tiny tiny pieces. The chicken was hard and overcooked. The fries have been overcooked and the bread was hard as if it had been sitting there all day.
It’s sad that i had this experience at the drive through. around 1:20pm today, there was a younger African American lady at the window. she handed me a medium drink when i asked for a large. i informed her very politely that i ordered a large. she doesn’t say a word. she takes the drink back, then slams the door.. i also asked for lite ice, and there was no ice in my cup. this employee should be on the dishes.. not serving customers.
I just ordered thru Doordash. Since when do you only get 2 chicken fingers and a sprinkle of fries and cold toast? I paid extra fees for this?! I also ordered 2 meals and received 1 ranch sauce. Poor service.
Waited 25 minutes to place order in drive thru. Another 15 to get food. Said they were out of fries and milk shake machine was down. Started at 9:15 pm didn't leave until 10. Worst experience from fast food. Inside was closed. Tacos are not marginally fit for this location. Attendant said they were behind 20 orders behind?!
One of my favorite fast food ever, after whataburger and chick fil a. It’s been a min since I haven’t had zaxbys. I got the kichen chicken sandwich super delicious I love it.
I placed an order online and the app stated the order will be ready at 9:19pm and it took me 10 minutes to get to the window. The cashier tells me the order is not ready after they had 30 minutes to prepare. She stated they have a line wrapped around the building which was not true. I understand being short staffed however give a free frie or something.
I went through the drive through for a Cobb salad with buffaloed chicken & blue cheese dressing. I got home & the whole salad & dressing was wrong. I called & asked for the manager. He told his staff the he was too busy to talk to me. The staff told me to bring it back up for them to give me a refund or redo the order. I had already driven home & changed, so I didn’t want to go back out. And also, I have had numerous times when my order was wrong. Not also adding about several of my favorite meals have been taken off the menu. I remember the old Zaxby’s & your restaurant is going down hill very badly & very fast. And on top of prices being doubled for less food. I am probably not going back & I have numerous friends & family that feel the same way. So sad how bad customer service is now!!!!!!! ????
They truly are horrible at simple service they never get my order out and then they barley toss the wings in sauce I’m pretty sure they just throw sauce on the wings the managers don’t care either this establishment sucks
Update they never responded on the complaint all they did was comment that pitiful comment left below I did everything told and they still did not care
