I have gone to several Zaxbys in several states and this one is one I love!Even though most of the staff here are very young, they are always pleasant and smiling! There is one guy that stands out the most! The first time I encountered him he was eager and willing to help! His personality radiated thru the establishment, and he had my stomach hurting from all the laughter! I missed his name the first time, but I had to come back to that very location to find out what his name was. The next time I came, I actually saw him outside when I pulledinto the parking lot, he was assisting an elderly man to his vehicle since he couldn't hold everything due to his walker. That moment right there spoke volumes for me! I waited for him to finish before coming inside, he had the same chipper attitude when he greeted me this time! I had to ask him his name, and he told me his name is Christian (I hope that's spelled correctly)! The cooking staff as well as management is always welcoming and nice here and the food stays fresh! I'm a woman and can say I feel safe using the public restrooms here as well! Just because it's fast food doesn't mean you don’t have step up!!! This location totally understands the assignment!
This Zaxby's is my favorite and always provides great service and good food. I usually order the kickin chicken sandwich but the past few times I have the bread has been rock hard. So instead I ordered the club. The chicken and bread were fresh but the bacon scraps were disappointing. I expected several bacon strips like the picture below but instead got a few remnants.
I went through the drive through I ordered 2 wings and things and a signature sandwich. When I got home the signature sandwhich was missing, the traditional wings and things were boneless, the fries were stale the bread was hard and the flavor of the wings was wrong. I called them to tell them and they wanna offer me 5 wings and the , or to drive back with the food for a refund AND WHO’s going to pay for my lost time and gas? … my mind is BLOWN. I ordered a wings and things THE ENTIRE ORDER IS WRONG I’m not ordering 5 wings to eat today and the rest of the wings and things for tomorrow. Or vice versa. WORST ABSOLUTE WORST ZAXBY’s.
Our food was horrible! It was all warm up in the microwave. And they served it on melted plastic. This is not my hometown. Zaxby's. Sorry if it's yours. If we are ever in the area we will not stop in. You should have went to Chick-fil-A!! Look at the picture of my plate. Horrible!
Zaxby’s is a favorite of mine, however when you are ordering most of the cashiers are extremely dismissive about your requests. I usually pick up Zaxby’s for my nephew who is differently abled and he has a meltdown if the food touches.
This location continually regardless of how you order, how many times you say it, they never get it right.Needless to say it’s always a miss at this location. The cheese bites were chewy. The food was cold even though we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for the food. I can honestly say I was tremendously disappointed.
I would also like to note, we don’t eat fries, so we asked for additional coleslaw. Irony, no coleslaw. Oh well, maybe next time!
I hate giving reviews like but this particular location is just terrible. I've currently been waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and still haven't received my order. The only reason I'll give them 2 stars is because the girl at the window was sweet. Terribly slow service, and this isn't the only time I've had this experience at this location. These employees just don't care about their customers at all.
I will not be back!
I ordered my daughter a grilled cheese meal and when I received my order, I noticed that the fries were not in the bag. So I had to go back to get them. Then, I get home and open the box to see that they didn’t even give me a grilled cheese but just 4 pieces of toast. I understand mistakes are made, we’re human but where is the quality control? Where is the management who are supposed to properly train their employees? Beyond disappointing.
I recently went up here and the customer service is bad. Ive worked at fast food before and understand the environment but these people need to do better. I got my food but forgot to order my condiments. The girl came outside and thats when I asked. I know it can annoying traveling back and forth and I apologized. She looked extremely irritated and just walked away without a word????. I waited a few minutes and then drove around to get it. I know this seems minor but it was very frustrating because I was trying to be open minded and respectful and couldnt get quality service.
