yall need to start leaving pickup orders behind the counter. three times this week, i've come to pick up food that has already been paid for, only to be told it was stolen by someone else who just yanked it off a pickup counter tucked near the drink machine. i've had to start placing the order in person and stop using online ordering, which is incredibly inconvenient for my schedule. needs better security
(updatebelow) This is my first time visiting Zaxby's in 2 years and I must say I was appalled at having to pay $27 for a salad and 10 party wings. $15 for 10 party wings is ridiculous and the fact that they had no flavor pissed me off even more. I bought the salad to take to my daughter who is a CNA and works her butt off and it's clear and obvious that the salad was not filled to the capacity that it was suppose to be. I'm so tired of if being ripped off by restaurant's who's food sucks. It's was my first time coming to Zaxby's in over two years but I will never return. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for these prices but serving mediocre food. Chicken again had no flavor. Never again will I spend my money here.
Update: the manager did contact me by email and apologized for the food not being up to par and sent be an email to have my order remade free of charge. I appreciate that because it shows he wants his customers to be satisfied. Kudos !!! Went to get my food replaced and Eva gave me the best customer service ever. She really went out of way to make my return to Zaxby's pleasant. The best customer service I've received in a long time at a restaurant. She's the reason I will definitely return. Superb service Eva. Great job!!!
This Zaxby’s was consistent with other Zaxby’s! Food was hot and fresh. Lobby and bathrooms were clean. David was very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed his conversation and we were pleased with his concern for our safety and satisfaction. The woman serving our food was VERY stingy with the sauces even though I ordered extra. Overall it was a great experience.
every single time I come here y'all mess my order up in some way or give me the complete wrong thing, then have the nerve to be smart or act like its no big deal when I'm the one who has to turn around and drive all the way back . When instead of throwing any type of sauce that I did not want take your time and listen . Y'all gave me 4 zack sauces that I did NOT ask for don't y'all charge for these ? But didn't give me the sweet and spicy sauce that I specifically asked for , but when I drove all the way back the rude girl easily grab 3 behind the counter girl you should've did that the first time . Why do y'all waste everyone's time like this?
I ordered curbside today through the Zaxby’s app. After sitting here for 30 minutes (they were busy and I have worked in the food industry before, so try to be extremely patient) and checking in multiple times because I still had no food, I went inside. I was told they don’t have curbside at this location. I pointed to the sign on the sidewalk that literally says curbside and tells you to check in. She said yeah I know but we don’t do it here and next time you will know to just come on in. I have attached a photo of the sign, as it’s very clear they have curbside. My cold food was decent considering how long it had sat, so I can only imagine it would have been wonderful fresh.
Fast service. Dine in or use the drive thru. Prices are good. Food is even better. Chicken is crispy and juicy. Fries are seasoned to perfection. Love the coleslaw. Enjoy.
The Zallad was prepared adequately. Zenasation is a correct term for Zaxby's lineup for salads. Worth giving them a try.
I waited over 30minutes on a 10 piece finger during lunch hour rush. Their food is good & HOT but I don't have the time nor patience to wait that long than rush back to work
