Best WLM Reviews
This is the worst Zaxby’s location I have ever been to. My fries taste old and stale and were just microwaved. My order/chicken is always cold and they have to remake it every single time. I’m done with this location forever.
I don’t know if they’re understaffed, the management sucks, or what, but I was in the drive through line for 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars…. (At some point I just wanted to see how long it would take.) got my order and they left stuff out.
Would recommend going to Waldo’s down the street for almost the same price or CFA. Really sucks, unfortunately.
I sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes & there was maybe 2 customers in the store so no reason for a long wait then the employee was rude. Then I had to turn around & go inside bc I was missing items & the girl at the front had a HORRIBLE attitude!!!
I really feel like zaxbys has gone down in quality over the years. Ordered a salad, and it was definitely smaller than it used to be. The chicken was tough and not the best. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. He wasn't even given the fries. I'm not satisfied with this takeout experience
Zaxby's is a staple if you want chicken. I got a signature chicken sandwich combo today. The chicken was juicy and crispy. Pickles add a nice touch to it. The fries are seasoned just right and were fresh. Not too salty. I ate this meal quick. The drive thru was quick and the staff prompt and polite. Prices are above average but the quality is worth it. We'll be back again.
My husband and I were traveling through Nashville on our way home from a trip. Usually we love Zaxby's but this time we had terrible service. My Kickin' Chicken Sandwich came with no buffalo sauce on it at all, just the white sauce. I didn't even get an apology when I went up and pointed it out to the person behind the counter. She only gave me one small container of sauce. Then when I asked for two more she only gave me one and told me that they usually charge for extra sauce. They made the mistake, I shouldn't have to pay for it! Also my plate with fries sat in the window for a while before my sandwich was prepared so by the time I got my plate, they were cold. These people must have been the b team because they don't know how to correct a mistake while making the customer happy.
My husband's salad was good and he was happy with it. The bathrooms and dining area were clean so there's another positive thing.
Went thru drive thru @ 6:00pm on a Sunday and ordered two 4pc meals. Should have checked before I left because once I got home I found out they gave me ZERO sauce and skimped me out a toast. How am I suppose to eat chicken and fries with no sauce? What a lazy mistake. Wont be back
Got the $8 boneless wings meal deal: toast was burnt, fries were cold and the wings were mainly batter that tasted like old grease ???? contacted corporate, got an email from the mgr, but wasn’t even offered a replacement meal. Will not go back to this location, and will be sure to let my family and friends know to avoid also.
