Wow! What can I say? Khamani and Z at the Lee rd location were amazing employees who deserve a raise!
I had a special request that was complicated and unusual and they were super patient and my food was out of this world! I love coming to this location!
Will never return to this location. Came in with a simple order only to get old fries and bread not Texas toast. The staff here are rude and act like it’s your fault when there in the kitchen making the food.worst Zaxbys I’ve been to what a waste of money and my time!
It’s 9:22pm, I see workers in the back and throughout the restaurant and my husband and I sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes and no one attempted to take our order. Lithia Springs, PLEASE do better. Place closes at 11pm. Just horrible customer service in this area of town.
Just picked up a mobile order, took the lid off my drink when I got home and it’s a piece of curly hair. Disgusting!!!!
The food wasn't what I expected. The boneless wings were too sweet for me. They also didn't get my order right & I had to wait longer. Would I visit again? No, not really.
They went up on the zax snacks but the manager gave me these little pieces of chicken and refused to fix my order. I swear these fast food workers take they job to serious. Like they taken the chicken out they check. Just fix my order!!!! It’s simple. People will really rip you off like it make them sleep good at night. This zaxbys ALWAYS disappoints and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. People make that extra drive and go to another one. I am surprised they are still open.
gave me a frozen strawberry drink, I asked for the frozen lemonade. Not to mention all the bread on my nibblers meal was burnt and hardly edible.
Unfortunately the wings are hit and miss! Some days they’re fresh, other days they look and taste as if they’ve been sitting in the fryer overnight smh. It’s also the only Resteraunt I’ve ever been to that won’t allow me to get extra sauce at the drive through window unless I order it with my order. Wow!!
