This location has been steadily declining, normally I don’t mind the occasional mess up but my food just looks so depressing. I got half the fries I normally do, my tenders were “tossed” with a few droplets of sauce, and I get a fork about 40% of the time, (this time I didn’t, had to get my own). This location used to be top notch and always good, but man in the last 2-3 years it’s dropped off badly.
Just ordered from here as it’s my go too for fast food. Services was great however i got home and noticed something on my boneless wing. I believe it’s the tip of a glove. Not appetizing to see when you’re ready to eat. I tried to call the store and no response. I just can’t bring myself to eat this and honestly just want my money back for my meal.
Traveling off the interstate from vacation, stopped in to get food for my family and a bathroom break for us all. Ordered the 20 pc chicken that comes with fries and toast, that was fine. But I also ordered their new fried shrimp and they forgot to give it to me so i had to go back inside and correct their mistake. Those bathrooms were disgusting, 2 dead flies on the floor and 1 still flying around, almost out of toilet paper, trash on the floor. I had to use the handicap stall because the other womens toilet was stuffed with toilet paper and dirty water ????. Personal preference but dont waste your money on their fried shrimp, the only bearable way to eat these things are taking the breading off and dipping it in their signature zax sauce instead of their shrimp sauce it comes with. Feels like a waste of my money and I wouldnt be surprised if I contracted some genital disease from using the bathroom at this location.
I came in to get the zensation which I love. The salad was fine but the eggroll was almost burnt. I went back and ordered some cheddar bites and they were burnt too. Just wasn’t the normal good food.
Had an online order, after arriving and checking in, I waited 20 or 25 mins outside for curbside pickup and food never showed. I had to walk in and pick it up. There was at least 10 to 15 employees working and 7 to 8 to go orders bagged and waiting on the counter. I ordered a salad and it was one of those sitting bags.
Changing my review to 1 star because the past 3 times I have been there I've had an issue. Tired of getting shorted food, or not supplied with basic things like fork for coleslaw or napkins etc. Today I ordered the 5 finger plate and got 3 and a 1/2 of these tiny things that look like mini breaded wings... plus no fork. Won't be back anytime soon.
This Zaxbys is conveniently located off the interstate. There are days that it can be busy so if you are traveling and need to stop for lunch the lunch rush is busy. This Zaxbys is similar to the others and in my opinion service is never bad but there is also nothing that stands out that makes them over the top. You can always depend on the staff to be patient and help even if the lines are long.
Dining room was locked 45 minutes before posted closing time. Really disappointed as a traveler passing through and needing to use the restroom and get dinner.
