We went out of our way to visit Zaxby's Chicken Fingers and Buffalo Wings in Chantilly, VA, just to give it a try, and it was a very solid experience — better than most! We ordered a chicken sandwich, which was awesome, and a Craveables box with chicken fingers, toast, and some tater tot-like sides. The food was really good all around.
Even though we arrived close to closing time, they still took our order and served us fresh food. Plus, they went the extra mile to get us sweet tea from the back when it had run out at the front — that was a really nice touch! The parking situation was also convenient with plenty of space.
While it’s not the absolute best chicken place I’ve been to, it’s definitely up there, and I really enjoyed it. I’d rate it around 4.5 stars — worth the visit for sure!
My wife and I absolutely love zaxbys chicken and seeing the Asian salad was back we had to go but the egg roll is usually her favorite egg roll from anywhere but when seeing this she wouldn't eat it .
Love this location. Food is always fresh and it’s so close to home but I always ask for no ice in the drink..always end up with massive ice. No big deal just need a little more attention to detail. The next customer may be upset about something so minor
Definitely one of those places you have to eat it as soon as you get it. I like the club sandwich and tenders. I would say if you are in the area definitely worth a try but I wouldn’t go out my way for it. Also I’m not the typical to compare this to chic fil a person. While yes they both sell chicken, it’s totally two different flavors and atmosphere but hey who am I ?
My chicken tenders were hot and fresh. They tasted so good along with their special sauce. Customer service was great and the place is very clean. I would definitely go back again.
Visited here for brunch because their Cobb and Blue salad are good and the toasted bread that comes with it is a great combination. Just a bit upset because of the big lettuce stalk, not just one but two. Deep fried mushrooms taste really good. Store and bathroom were clean. We have to say that Yuriana is nice and kind in dealing with customers.
Food is great, the service is almost always bad though. They always have people who have no interest in talking with you, and are always understaffed.
We were told to move forward in the drive thru while waiting for our order just for them to completely forget about us, after 20 minutes we had to go in and tell them we ordered food and THEN they started making it.
Overall, the bad service is very consistent and we will not be coming here anymore. Do better.
I placed an online order to make it easier picking it up in the drive thru. It’s 11am and there’s no cars in front of me or behind and they tell me they can’t give me my order through the drive thru and go inside. It doesn’t matter if you’re sick or just had surgery they want you to go in regardless. Not coming here again. To include in my review every time I go there it’s always something new. They forget my order or get it wrong. The best part is they aren’t busy at all… it doesn’t hurt to be nice to paying customers.
