I swear the people who run this restaurant know exactly what they're doing. It's a blessing. Lunch rush? I'm and out in no time with fresh hot food. Never had a problem here. Whoever is responsible for putting together the team running this store, bravo. Never seen a fast food restaurant ran so efficiently. I've been a customer for years and I'll continue to be a customer for a long long time.
My recent trip through the Zaxby's drive-thru turned out to be a frustrating experience that left me feeling disappointed and out of pocket. Despite spending a considerable $130, the service was shockingly poor, and my order was a complete mess.
As I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was met with long wait times and disorganized staff who seemed overwhelmed by the workload. After finally placing my order, l expected a smooth and efficient transaction.
However, what followed was anything but.
Upon receiving my order, I quickly realized that it was riddled with errors. Nearly half of the items I had paid for were missing, leaving me with an incomplete meal and a hefty bill to boot. Despite attempting to address the issue with the staff, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency in rectifying the situation.
The combination of poor service and a botched order left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my Zaxby's experience. Spending $130 should guarantee a seamless dining experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality I encountered. I would caution others to think twice before opting for Zaxby's drive-thru service, as the risk of disappointment seems to outweigh the convenience.
This place NEVER NEVER I ASK FOR NO SEASON on my fries..its my fault I should have check my food.. drive back to work to open up my bag and SEASONING Is on my fries and chicken cold..do try calling.. the mgr is busy
Got a salad and a large drink. Service was quick and everyone was nice. Food was good and the amount was better than recent past, but 3/4 of my cup was full of ice. Not happy…
This location appears to be fairly new, it's very clean. I love the fact that they don't have the Coke Freestyle machine.
⚠️ ALL MEALS MUST INCLUDE A DRINK, they do not take $ off EVEN IF you ask for no drink. Confirmed after asking 5 different ways that this is a store specific policy. There is no option to order anything without a drink, confirmed by manager, convo was sketch af.
Also, when they run out of spicy chicken nuggets they get it from the Chinese restaurant down the street. Trust me, I know a General Tao's chicken when I see one.
I wish I could give them no stars. Terrible service. Management not fully bilingual. And I think everyone there should take a random drug test. Bet they would have to get a full new staff…
Always very clean inside! Service is fast in the drive thru. Food is warm. Management really cares about this store.
