Best WLM Reviews
Ima put a 3 instead of 1 so if this happens again, I can go lower. But whoever had the genius idea to save money by no longer putting the slaw it its own container, and just letting it loose all in the plate to make your fries and chicken SOGGY and soaked in watery mayo, was a genius. If this happens again, I won’t be back to any zaxbys. Ppl like crispy fries and crispy chicken, take it to corporate, this is stupid.
Was always so good and ate it almost everyday! Now I don’t know if they got new management but the food is looking like they just keep putting less in the container which is the whole reason we go to Zaxby’s is because they are the only fast food that actually gives you enough to eat, but not anymore. But the whole reason I’m writing this review is because the boxes look like they were broken (that the food comes in) and I opened it up and it had fuzzy and tinny hair like it had been dropped and put back in!!!???? we live 30 minutes away to just run back to town but we will definitely not be back! Fort Payne Zaxby’s better get better are they will be shut down like everyone else and if they only knew how much I hype them up as the best place to eat they would have made sure they gave me food worth eating to keep my business!
It used to be alot better food and quality, service is always good
They usually never mess my order up and I love it there but this time they were rushing so much that the girl didn’t get my instructions on how I want my salad on the ticket and charge me four dollars for this like 10 fried pickles like I’m sorry but you could have told me there was a wait on fresh and I would have been fine waiting to get what I ordered
First of all order online food and was cold like frozen cold by time went picked up not even 20 mins and they never close drink lids one spilt all over me in car because they don’t…they need stop being so lazy
Ordered ahead, they had my food ready and still hot when I arrived!
The quality of food is very low. The teenagers working there have no sense of common courtesy with delivery and customer service always missing something from my order. Quality is not the same ????
Try the handmade peach tea! It is phenomenal!
The chicken is always great.
I've had nothing but truly honest great customer service. Employees are always very polite, and smile.
I've only had one issue in the many times I've been to this restaurant. Yesterday I ordered slaw instead of fries like usual. I used the mobile app, picked up through drive thru. When I got home, unfortunately the slaw was not in a container, but just put in the tray. It had gotten juices all over my chicken, toast and bag, and I had to toss the slaw and toast as it had became a mess. I salvaged my chicken strips, but they were soggy as well, and very small. The peach tea rocked though.
I highly suggest this restaurant. Prices are very fair, and would recommend it to anyone. You can earn rewards with the mobile app, and service is always fast and friendly.
