I think this meal is a nice deal for the amount of things you get with it. Especially since you end up paying more if u get them separately. It would however have been nice to get an order of cheddar bites with it instead of a fourth of an order but it is what it is I suppose.
We were there on Sat 11/16 and Sun 11/17.
Saturday service was excellent and very nice. Went back Sunday bc the service and food was so good. Get home my salad was no good called talk to 2 managers before talking to the GM who states come and get another salad. I did not want that, I want a refund instead. Living 10 mi away the order should have been right the first time. Never going back. The young lady that took my order on Saturday was there on Sunday but in the drive thru and remembered me...she waved and I waved she deserved the HIGH SCORE.
for one there was only one person taking orders she was very awkward while the rest were just in the back looking like a piece of decoration. You have one gentleman who went to the bathroom with his gloves on and came back out with the same gloves on very unsanitary and disgusting. The fries were not fresh at all. They were very hard and stale and the tenders taste like they’ve been sitting out for Lord knows how long and I felt weird after eating it I’m not even from Charlotte. I came out here for my birthday to visit and I was very hungry and I was just very disappointed.
This is the worse store I have ever been to. I’m a DoorDash driver been picking up orders for three years from this store. Well today I’m in there picking up an order which they didn’t know because nobody does their job. The manager proceeds to talk about dashers calling us all thieves and saying we deserve to be fired not knowing I was a dasher. She then reprimanded a cashier telling him he wasnt doing his job very rudely and just embarrassing this guy. I wasn’t having that so after 10 minutes of standing there with no help the cashier ask me what I needed I told him the DoorDash order the manager then accuses me of stealing (like who steals zaxbys) she tried to take the order from me after already seeing that it was confirmed and threatens to call the cops on me. The fact that she had no idea of what was going on is what really made no since. She was very rude not only to me but to the cashier. Yet I was the problem. If your a manger you should be great at customer de escalation instead she continued to escalate the problem even following me outside. Horrible management and she does not deserve that position
Came through drive thru at 10 waited 15 minutes, Was told only taking online or DoorDash orders. Made a mobile order and went back through the line at 10:25 just be told they ran out of food at 10:30 and I would receive a refund in 48 hours. Rude and unprofessional definitely won’t be back.
WORTHLESS RESTAURANT STAY AWAY! THEY ALWAYS GET THE ORDER WRONG AND ON 10/03/2024 THEY CLOSE AT 11pm SOME OLD MAN REFUSED TO COME TO THE WINDOW AVOIDING US BLOWING THE HORN AND WOULD NOT COME TO THE WINDOW WELL BEFORE 11pm I WENT TO DOOR AND HE SAID THEY WERE CLOSED. VERY SORRY PLACE!
I went through the drive-thru and was told that they were doing doodash orders only. I then put an order online and arrived at my pickup time and was told that they threw my food away as they were closed at 10:30, and my pickup time was 10:41. Then I was told I needed to call to get my money back tomorrow. They really need to update hours on Google and Online.
Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes! Can't escape once you get past a certain point. Still waited almost another 10 minutes for my food when I finally got to the window. This current staff sucks!! Hire competent people!
