Unbelievably disappointed, I can’t even describe it. I just wanted some food so I stopped by after my 10 hour shift. I ordered some tacos the avocado bacon ones. I live 30 minutes away, so I got home opened up my food and I see that all of my chicken tenders that are in my tacos are crazy small. Of course I can’t go back because by the time I get there, they’re gonna be closed. And I’m going eat them because I’m hungry. I can’t believe one of the workers saw those tiny little Chicken tenders that are like baby sized and thought it was Okay to hand to customer.
What happened to all the fast food restaurants over the last 4 years? The majority of them are just awful anymore. Bad tasting cold food and employees who seem to want to do the opposite of what you ask for. Zaxby’s was so disappointing. The chicken was cold, fries were cold and soggy, the cheese bites were cold and tasted terrible. I don’t expect fast food to be excellent but I don’t expect it to be this bad 90% of the time either. It would be nice if people would take a little pride in their work.
Workers were amazing for a big group. Our food came out so fast and they were so kind and efficient.

This use to be one of the many different restaurants i would deliver for in my free time but the cashier has blatantly disrespected me in front of customers. It's not racism because she is also black but prejudice and attitude is unnecessary.
This location is near I-40. Crowded on a Sunday around noon time. Our order was taken quickly but it took a good 15 minutes or so to get our food. Chicken was good and hot, as were the fries. Slaw was fresh and tasty.
I had a salad to try something different and it was good and they were very prompt in getting our order to us. The service as always was perfect.
