Ordered 10 pcs traditional BBQ wings via drive thru. The worker said it takes about 13 mins to cook. No wings cooked in the evening? Waited over 30 mins for what I thought would be 10 pcs of wings. At least 8 cars got thier order while I waited in the wait area of the drive-through. Once the lady came out, she handed me a bag and she was getting off shift. When I got home checked the bag and it was only 5 pcs chicken drum with fries no sauce on it and looked dry like its been sitting out.... I dont recommend this location at all. Thank you for ruining my dinner and for me overpaying for something I didn't order! Food went straight into the trash.
They are slower than a snail. I ordered three salads and a sandwich at the drive threw. It took them just over twenty minutes to complete the order. They are slower than the McDonald's in BogerCity. It will take some real good convincing to get me to come back. While waiting, I saw at least 4 or 5 more orders that was completed before mine was completed. Bad service will lead you to a bad reputation!!
Got my order wrong in three ways: 1. ordered dine-in, they bagged for to-go. 2. Ordered all ranches, they gave us all Zax sauce. 3. Ordered a 10 piece wings, charged and gave me 20 piece. When I went to get refund, they took 10 wings out, refunded difference. Got back to seat to eat and they were cold!! Got refund for all wings. At this point I was done. My family’s chicken tenders were also tough, rubbery, and also cold— not telling how long ago the chicken was cooked. I did not want to go back AGAIN and cause issues. We ended up throwing them away. If I owned this franchise I would fire the general manager immediately. We will never eat at this location again— they give Zaxby’s a bad name. Employees were also goofing off and lounging around. What in the world?!?!
I don't normally leave a bad review unless it's absolutely warranted. 1st off, let me just say they were not busy at all. It took 20 mins to get my food. A wait that long should warrant perfection, nope! Chicken was barely brown and I was served burn toast. BURNT! How do you even serve someone burnt toast??? That shows you do not care! Even the sweet tea wasn't good. I've eaten here at least 10 times. Y'all have got to do better!
Lady taking orders inside was very rude, didn't get my order correct even though I repeated it 3 times. I asked to dine in but for some reason I was given my food in a bag to go. Tea wasn't sweet and the "large" portion of fries definitely wasn't large. I used to eat here all the time with no issues but my trip today was very dissapointing.
I had my son go get dinner for me and my father. He ordered 2 cobb saleds with extra chicken and something for himself. He had to wait because they didnt put his food in the bag. On top of that, there was very little chicken in the saleds..even though we paid for extra chicken.
Y’all really got someone working in there with the common sense of a snail huh? I ordered a sweet tea, it wasn’t immediately at the window, I didn’t think much into it. I got half way down the road, took a sip, and had a mouthful of granulated sugar. Listen. I wouldn’t have been in the slightest upset if I was approached with “hi we’re out of sweet tea” I would have chose another option happily. But no some half wit genius came up with the absolute stellar idea of dumping sugar packets into unsweet tea. Which made it completely undrinkable.
My 5 year old knows better.
Food was garbage too. We’ll drive the distance to the location to outside of Gastonia from here on out.
Don’t normally do reviews unless it’s really bad service or good service, tried to place a simple order at this location and the staff could not get it right then argued with me that I was wrong. And they wonder why they will work at zaxbys the rest of their life
