Nice Zaxbys to stop off the interstate. Staff was extremely friendly even though the AC was out in the restaurant. Ladies worked hard to make our order fresh in a timely manner.
Had metal in my drink. Didn’t realize to after I finished the drink. Been sick ever since. So be careful when eating from here.
Tyler helped me today (and last time) and he is on it!! Super friendly, fast and efficient. My meal was fresh and tasted great. I got the tacos for the first time from this location and they were awesome compared to another location that I have been to and bought the same thing. This location moves the line quickly and everything is always fresh and hot. Great job guys!!
Ernest the agm was very polite, professional, and even carried on a friendly conversation. He made sure my order was taken quickly and the cooks made sure the food was out in an extremely fast manner. Everything was warm and cooked well and the bathrooms were very clean. Will definitely stop here again
I ordered my food online and was charged twice. When my husband arrived the location didn’t have my order. So we paid for a 3rd time because the first 2 times was pending with my bank. We received the food almost 30 minutes later and the food was cold. The food also didn’t taste fresh. Worst meal ever, on top of the worst experience ever. Do not go at night. You have been warned.
Every time I walk into the store there’s someone greeting me at the register. This time and another it was an AM named Tiara. She was kind and repeated my order. She didn’t act like she didn’t want to be there which is what I typically experience at other stores. This specific store is always fast for me compared to the other stores. So I definitely appreciate that.
A few times now I’ve put in a mobile order and had to wait way past the time for my food. Tonight I pulled up and the told me to wait in the first spot and then completely forgot, closed up, and literally left my food waiting on the counter. This isn’t the first time, either.
Fast Quick and Polite Service. Will come here again. I walked in and was able to order immediately. Place was clean and empty but was lively. Cashiers needs to get a raise. 10 out of 10
